1. We stayed in 201.
2. I notified front desk the shower was not working . She said someone would be in to fix it . No one fixed it . I requested to move rooms and was told another room was unavailable. We had to put a washcloth between the tub and drain to let the water drain from the tub. we had use a washcloth to wash off. instead of taking a shower.
3. The pool was closed the entire stay.
4. microwave did not work.
5. I attempted to get a refund from OYO with no success.

Didn’t make breakfast breakfast location in decent area seems like, close to Convenient store, grocery store that’s a A+
For the price I was blown away by how nice and comfortable the stay was! For the money I give it a A+! I can’t think of anything I didn’t like about the stay! Only thing I didn’t like is the 100.00 deposit when I wanted to stay another night I couldn’t because that’s all I had till payday, couldn’t use it and pay for another day I did ask and the clerk said the manager wasn’t in at the moment and she couldn’t make that decision which is very understandable , I do think you all loose a quite bit of money you could be making because a lot of people get their deposit back and take it up the road and rent another room, people or some people are destructive and I see why there’s a deposit but people that are over 50 years of age aren’t going to be destructive to the property and atleast should get to stay another night with the 100 deposit money if needed, if I were running the show anyone over 50 it’s a 25.00 deposit and if something is torn up I would take the 25 and charge the credit card On file for the outstanding balance, You’d be surprised on how many customers takes their deposit and goes up the road to rent another room, I did / had to! just wanted to ad my opinion, you ask what I didn’t like! But the stay was dynamite the staff -very professional and very nice!

The price and staff was nice
When I got there the tv didn't work. I called a few times and finally they brought a piece to get it to work. The back of the bathroom door had clothes from the previous people and I had killed 2 roaches. I will prob not stay here again and pay extra at another hotel but the workers were very nice

The beds were small, toilet was clogged up when we got there. Every time we left out of the room could never get back in with our room key. They told me they would put me in another room soon as they had one available... they never did. There was a couple or something below us and the guy would rev up his motorcycle engine all types of the night and early morning flying up and down the one way st. Wasn't sure if he was an addic or a dealer but it was definitely annoying

The first room we were put in had no toilet paper or towels, the tv didn’t work, and there was no smoke detector. After I called and went back down to the office, we were given another room next door to the first. Again the tv didn’t work, there was half a roll of toilet paper and one towel and wash cloth. My husband had to go back down to the office. We were finally given a remote. We got back late to our hotel room our second night and our keys didn’t work. So at midnight with our 2 year old in tow we had to go back to the office. We were told that nobody was in the room we were in, as they didn’t switch us in the computer. Eventually we did get our keys switched and were able to get back into our room.

I says about the only thing I liked we were not Brett fresh linens the sheets were not changed weedy had to sit our trash outside the door in order to get that taken away and we had to go to the office to get a remote control for the TV Or are a $100 deputy deposit and you think they could have brought us clean towels at least
The room we The room we requested and with not the room that was pictured in our reservation Made a complaint to the property they put it in another room which was still not the same room that we were pictured or offered when we booked the room we were supposed to have a handicap wheel chair accessible room that had an extra sitting area and we were put in a room with a king sized bed and that was it no handicap shower not handicap accessible

Staff was great, but place was run down. Took 3 rooms to get in one that the ac worked, and it ran on the floor
No facilities to speak of. No coffee in suite, television didn't work (either one). Water only had hot, but pressure was great. Nothing worked

The front desk was real friendly at check in anytime I called up there they were real friendly and when I checked out they were real friendly but not much of a smile
The refrigerator in the room with broke the towels got like they hadn't dried them they just folded them and put them in the room they were real stiff and they were more like hand towels and bath towels. The bed pillows were like throw pillows there's only two on each bed I used all 4 and still was not comfortable with the pillows

Staff is very friendly. The updates they are doing are very nice. Hopefully it's on an upward place.
Pool needs fixed. Or drained.
Owners need to put the money it needs into the kitchen area. The revenue that would being in would be worth the money.

The bed was comfortable, and the shower had excellent water pressure.
The desk staff seemed overworked/fatigued, having to repeat actions to properly complete registration.
The air conditioning was pretty anemic.
