Segunda vez q estoy en este hotel y vuelvo a decir q es increíble!!! No escuchas ruidos molestos, no se escucha de otras habitaciones absolutamente nada, el personal es súper atento, desayuno increíble, la ubicación inmejorable!!!!

Ontbijt is goed naar Amerikaanse normen met heel wat keuze.
Ik was op zakenreis en verkrijg geen factuur van mijn verblijf! Booking.com zegt dat het hotel het moet afleveren, en het hotel zegt dat Booking.com het moet regelen. Hotel kan factuur met bedragen niet afleveren omdat Booking.com als tussenpersoon diende om betaling te innen. Dit is voor mij nu echt een probleem omdat ik geen factuur heb voor mijn boekhouding...
Poetsen van kamers was teleurstellend: ofwel werd er niet gepoetst, ofwel erg oppervlakkig (bv. tapijt werd nooit gereinigd), en als er dan gepoetst werd, ontbraken de handdoeken en zelfs wc-papier (en wat er lag, was weg!!!). En dat heb ik meerdere dagen ondervonden. Oplossing: WC-papier verstoppen...

I enjoyed the breakfast every morning and the location was brilliant. Plenty of bars, restaurants, take out places around that area. The subway was just a few minutes walk from the hotel.
The lift. I got stuck in it for a few minutes. It wouldn't go from 10 down to 1. The 1 button wouldn't work. So I pressed 2 which got the lift moving and then the 1 button worked again. The lift sometimes took a while to come up to 10.

Era tutto perfetto non comprendo proprio le critiche lette. Posizione ottima camere di buona dimensione per New York pulizia più che buona ovunque soprattutto nelle camere colazione abbondante con prodotti buoni ottimo la bag da asporto e la possibilità di bere una bevanda calda al rientro. Acqua a disposizione. Staff cordiale e non invasivo. Grazie soprattutto a Kuptal per la sua gentilezza e professionalità. Consgliatissimo

Room was very good (17th floor) , with wonderful vue on the Empire State Building. It was walking distance from Macys, Times Square, Bryant Park, near to Metro also. Breakfast was generous and staff very nice and helpful. We have been very happy of our choice!
Room is a bit small, a bit old style, a refreshment will not be a bad thing. But overall I really appreciated everything.

Hotel is in a great location, staff were friendly, rooms were ok.
Unfortunately, while storing our luggage, 2 separate suitcases were missing some Bose headphones. While the hotel was very quick to reply initially and they said they would follow up with us but then became unresponsive. If you are staying here make sure to not store your luggage here. The area they store your luggage in is in their dining room where anyone can get access.

Special mention to Manny ( Emmanuel) he is a credit to IHG hotels he went above and beyond to provide us with information about the city and useful tips, his talent should be utilised and he would make a great front of house team member
I had to complain about evidence of mould in the bathroom, initially it was agreed for the sealant in the shower to be replaced and we spent the day out to allow for this, only to return and the job had not been completed, so we were offered another room meaning we had to repack
This would have been unnecessary of the job had been completed as promised
The hotel furniture is looking tired and worn and desire the changes room there is still room for improvement with regards to the cleaning standards in the shower cubicles

Rooms were a bit dated, and small but that is normal for NY. Found drawers and desk a waste of space and would rather have some where to put suitcase or more hanging space.

The room and washroom was too small for 3 people stay. The water in the tap and shower was too low on pressure. The AC was set up on auto cut for the fan and the cooling was not effective. The room floor was not vacuumed everyday.

For the breakfast we had to use plates, knifes, cups etc. made of plastic. This is horrible for the environment. Also not a really nice way to eat.

The location was awesome, rooms were clean and comfortable and excellent and abundant breakfast (both quality and quantity).
The street’s a bit noisy at night. Wifi did not work during our stay, but we were told that was a temporary problem. Finally, some staff members were no helpful at all. Others, though, were really kind.

General room set up is good and comfortable.
1. Key never worked as it should. Always took 3-5minutes of multiple inserting/removing until it would finally open. Even after re-programming.
2. Shower was not clean, the edges at 3 different corners has mold.

Breakfast included is a great value. Many food choices. Brown bags provided and guests are encouraged to pack as many snacks as they’d like to take with them. Great location - close to subway, short walk to Times Square.
