The woman at the reception in the evening was friendly and pleasant.

The breakfast had NO bread - ex. toast, English muffin , etc. The man at the reception in the daytime was not friendly.

Very Clean. Staff moved me to a room on 1st floor when saw how much I had to carry.

The bathtub had no stopper. I stuffed plastic wrap so that I could take a bath.

Close to highway and services

The rooms on the north side of the building are insulated from road noise and face a green forest, providing a quiet, peaceful experience. We were visiting family, and it might have been nice to be able to check in earlier than 3pm, but the location was easy to access from east or west because there was a traffic light at the entrance.

The bathtub has no working way to plug the drain (a common problem in older motels that have been remodeled). I was able to work around this by using a cap from a quart yogurt container. The armrests of the chair at the desk do not fit easily under the desk. Booking.com got our reservation slightly wrong, saying we were asking for a room for four, when we had clearly asked for a room for two, but the staff were helpful in clearing that up.

This clean, comfortable hotel is conveniently located near the freeway. The staff is friendly and helpful, and we received fair value for our money during our stay.

Breakfast was very simple with few choices, but even so, for what we paid, we were pleased to have breakfast at all.

Quiet location, free parking. Staff was friendly and good communications with guests.
