convenient location in a charming little river town

No breakfast. Otherwise, it met our basic overnight needs.

Staff was nice, room and especially bathroom was very clean for an older place.

Didn't take advantage of the breakfast. Came in at night so didn't notice the view. Hard to find location. BUT owner was super nice, bathroom was pristine and accommodations were good.

Given the location and limited amenities, price could have been better.

Excellent location on Route 1. Very convenient, quiet, very clean room. Loved all the "Big" hanging flower baskets outside. Very welcoming.

Motel is located at edge of center of town. There us a Dunkin right in front for breakfast

Amenities ( e.g. shampoo, conditioner were very basic) no tissues in the room.

The owners were very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay there again!

Owners were extremely nice and welcoming. Parking was so so close and the rooms were recently restored and very clean. We found out the beautiful tile in the bathrooms was original. I love how they embraced the charm of the building with colors and the cute retro fridge instead of making it a modern mess.

No complaints at all! We'll be back next year.
