It was very close to the venue and my brothers house

Every night the phone 📞 rang anywhere between 12-2am with no one on the line. One elevator is slow and the other one was broken and beeps randomly mostly at night. Only two pillows for the king sized bed and two big towels, they don’t clean your room when your gone (I get it Covid and labor shortages $ but we ran out of TP ) we decided to buy our own because the poor dude at the front desk (he’s always there I don’t think he’s left at all) but there’s usually a line… and the tv 📺 only works if the light by the door is on so you can’t watch tv from the bed in the dark. But that didnt really matter because it only worked if the internet worked and that was 50% of the time anyway. Also there’s no light bulbs in half the lamps. And some of the plugs 🔌 weren’t good .

The property was very quiet lots of local shopping centers near by I love how the hotel is not too far from the airport and the hotel attendant allowed me to check out late

The staff are rude. I have one incident where I had called down to the front desk and said “Hey our air doesn’t work” the young man told us to come down to get a new room well when I get down there another lady came around and said can I help you I told them yess I called down earlier for another room the man who answered the phone said in a rude way yea that why we told y’all to come down here now the lady I was talking to didn’t know anything about the situation so I felt like that young man had no right to just be rude and say that. Another incident when I had rebooked our room after our cruise for 2 days almost 1 month ago we are just getting of the cruise they run my debt card and it declined because my credit card information was stolen overseas so I didn’t put a new number so we received a message saying that our room was canceled and it was just me and my mom so we had to find another hotel at the last moment that cost us almost 150 more

I booked the hotel for the pool nowhere on both sites said the pool was closed and nowhere on your site and there's website said we had to pay to park. The rooms were nice but the TV would not turn up. The whole reason I wanted the room was the pool and didn't get it

My daughter is on the swim team and that was the reason to book. I understand things break but when I voiced my concerns with female staff she told me to go somewhere else and I did. She was very rude. I would never revisit this facility

it had a King Suite . Lots of poor communication with the staff. We ended up getting what we ordered but not until many texts to bookings.com. it was convenient to what we needed to do. Front desk staff day & evening of stay were professional & courteous

Room maintenance poor. Floor side boards missing in some areas. Bathroom door had peeling paint on the bottom. Some light bulbs out Pull out sofa was very tired & a family member needed to use that. we had to go downstairs to get linen for bed & bath for extra adult that was on the booking. Lady in Kitchen area chastised me for taking 3 paper plates at breakfast.I was grabbing breakfast for3 adults so we could check out by 8am. no syrup for the waffles, toaster did not work, orange juice was out.Very dissappointing experience.

I didn't like to much of anything.

The bathroom walls saying the tub was sinking in. The bed had a huge dent in it on the right side. The lamp on the left side of the bed did not work. The microwave made this loud and weird noise when warning your food. The iron had black residue on it as if someone placed it on the carpet hit then put back in the closet. The room didn't smell clean and the lighting was very dark throughout the hotel.

The room was nice and clean. Parking was good.

Breakfast was mediocre, but adequate. It was a continental breakfast with fresh fruit assortment, juice, coffee, waffles, cereal, boiled eggs, and bagels/bread. Due to short staffing, it was difficult to keep the breakfast supplies stocked. We ended up grabbing coffee after waiting for nearly an hour for it to be refilled, then getting breakfast elsewhere.

Hotel is in desperate need of repairs. Bathroom looked like it was half finished, rooms smelled old. Just horrible. The location is also horrible.

The first room assigned was not cleaned or ready. Got reaassinged room a half hour later. The breakfast area was not replenished when we arrived at 830 AM. Still, a lot of customers comings in , not very much food left, no hot coffee. Ask if any more coffee was coming out and got a complaint of Arrington at 8:30 for BREAKFAST.... EXCUSE ME.

Staff was polite despite over charges and room with no power on one side and light fixture hanging off wall.

Although nice staff when I request a refund for a triple charge made they could not assist me. Even though I was told by Yvette there system went down and she ran my card 3 time then entered it manually. The next morning saw additional charge for 226.43. Management Cory Jackson claimed I did it but when speak with my credit card company they confirm it was due to a manual charge made. Management did the bare minimum and told me to resolve it on my own. Had to dispute it with my bank.
