The location of this hotel was great for us. Right off the interstate with easy access. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean.

The lobby and hallways had a strong odor. Not sure if there was a water leak, but it was pretty bad. Thankfully, the smell was not in the rooms.

Our room was so comfortable. The beds were cozy and the curtains made it super dark which made for amazing midday naps. We also liked how cool the temperature was and the adjustable shower head in the bathroom. The hotel was quiet and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

By the weekend, the hotel got busier which meant less parking but we still had a spot every night so everything was still great.

Poor breakfast, the staff told me it was not her job, when we asked for milk, and bread, toaster only worked on 1 side, staff put out 1/2 jug of milk, 6 pastries and 6 muffins at a time, no orange juice , only decaf coffee, !!very unhelpful staff, shower head wobbled all about, hairdryer didn't work!! charged us $150. Refund when we checked out, I don't know if I would not recommend. The boss was quite arrogant as were some of the members of staff, Housekeeping needs to top up on cleaning the "doors,!"! No hand sterilizing in the foyer, COVID, Not enough seating or table's, hubby had to eat from a sofa in foyer,, pool area and settings area, closed early evening.!!

Staff wasn't friendly, I got charged extra even after I paid in full bc of how I paid online and I paid for the same room but was charged for a different room.

The breakfast was very good and the cleanliness of the hotel is awesome. I don’t think I could found a better stay. Everything about this hotel is excellent. I would rate them 100 stars. I stayed 6 days and never had a problem with no one. Excellent customer service

Not a damn thing. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in all of my traveling adventures. Terrible staff that is extremely unwelcoming. Accommodations are not good. Room was not very clean. Pull out bed had no sheets requested them Friday night and never got them for whatever reason? There was nothing likable about this experience at all.

We arrived late Friday afternoon, and were completely ignored by the manager and the front desk employee for about 5 minutes until one of them finally decided to acknowledge me with an “We are busy can’t you see? Just wait and I’ll get to you when I get to you.” After about 10 more minutes of waiting they finally decided to check me in and were extremely unprofessional. Staff did not explain any of the hotel amenity’s or accommodations to me. I was on the first floor and upon walking to my room the whole right side hallway reeked of marijuana. I was the last guest to leave Sunday morning and wash charged a smoke cleaning fee for the smell of marijuana that had been in your damn building since before I arrived. The Iron In the room was broken and leaking I took it to the front desk to get a replacement and was given one that was still broken and leaky. Tv cut off every 15-20 minutes so we didn’t watch tv during our stay. Wifi password did not work until after I called front desk to ask why and they gave me the wrong password. After going thru all of these experiences I stopped asking the staff for anything due to them being so rude and unprofessional as well as not meeting any of our requests. I don’t understand how your profession is hospitality, but y’all are some of the least hospitable people I have ever meet in my life. We got in around 6am on Sunday morning and asked for an extension on our check out so we could rest up before heading out on our 3 hour drive home, and was told we could have until 11:30. Manager let himself into the room at 11:15 to tell us to get out extremely unprofessionally. Told us he was charging for the cleaning fee of the marijuana smell that was already in this damn place when we arrived. This place needs a better leadership team. 0/10 will never return again. I don’t understand how this place gets good reviews it’s not a good place at all.
