Location

I originally booked the hotel for three days however I decide to continue my journey so I only stayed one night literally 11 pm to 8 am. The owner told me he could not refund my stay unless I called booking.com to change my reservation. I’m like what I’ve always used booking.com and have never encountered this issue. So I had to call booking.com to cancel the other two days. Now keep in mind nowhere on either site does it state this policy therefor I will not return to Best Western or booking.com. I never stay at Best Western anyway because It’s just not my first choice however I decided to give them a try cause the originally hotel I booked was having ac issues in this Texas heat. So long story short horrible experience.

Easy access to freeway, several restaurants in the area (though don't go to the 'Waffle House' - very unfriendly), well-kept rooms and very quiet.

our original status for two nights when we tried to add a third the front desk gentleman wanted me to put an additional $150 down because I was going to pay in cash. so I gave him my card instead and still try to charge me $150 deposit again and when I told him he said that was only for cash, plus I'd already paid it, he finally let me pay for the room.

The front staff was rude from check in to her giving me the room key. no smile no hello no nothing. I could barely hear her and it was like I was bothering her to check me in. There is so much to say about my check in but I know nothing will be done but hey letting you know get people who want to work and represent the best western because she was definitely not it.

Well breakfast was over at 9. We were traveling and wanted to sleep in so I didn’t get breakfast on Saturday morning.

We were supposed to have 2 queen beds and the room was 2 full beds. Then we needed towels the next day to switch out and the man helping the cleaning lady only wanted to give us 3 towels. We are women and we use a towel for our hair!!

Front desk night staff lady . She was awesome.

Staff wouldn't give fresh towels 2hrs before check out. Also the room did not come with a remote.

jacuzzi tub was a bit dirty , I would recommend pre cleaning it yourself before using the jacuzzi tub in room .
