El segundo día no hicieron la limpieza de la habitación, cuando llegamos en la tarde y reclamamos indicaron que ya no estaba el servicio de limpieza disponible en el hotel, tuvimos nosotros que hacer las camas. El recepcionista mintió porque dijo que habíamos dejado en la puerta el cartel de "no molestar" y no era así, nos preocupamos de sacarlo al irnos en la mañana. Pensamos que esto fue un error puntual del servicio.

The location couldn't be more convenient and the room was very clean. Friendly staff helped us resolve an issue with our final bill without any trouble.

The rooms are not the most soundproof. We had children staying in a room near ours who were playing and shouting pretty loudly one night. Not an issue for me as I always travel with earplugs, but something other guests may want to note.

A min walk from the Bethesda Metro Station which is very convenient to travel to DC.

When I reached, the receptionist told me that the room I booked is already been given to someone else . They accommodated me in another room which was extremely small. However, the manager was kind enough to compensate all the mess later

Location to the metro and downtown Bethesda area

The synthetic air freshener in the entryway and the main floor near the elevators. It was not inviting or enjoyable, it triggered negative health symptoms including headache and allergic reaction.

The room is very clean. Location is great.

Front desk staff including manager was horrible. They charged my card twice for the same room. The hotel manager was very rude

dirty room on arrival. very loud with kids running around unsupervised. we continually got trapped in the parking garage… the machine actually stole my wife’s credit card . and finally, and most upsetting, the breakfast that was offered was a voucher for a coffee shop. 

This was my 3rd stay, and I really enjoyed how clean rooms are

The best part was the the convenience to the DC Metro.

The hotel did not offer anything to eat for breakfast on the weekend, which was a terrible inconvenience. Morover, our phone did not work for reaching the front desk the entire time we were staying. Also, room service did not restock the coffee in our room.

The bed was comfortable and the room was very spacious. It had everything I needed. The hotel had a Starbucks and two other food options. It was very close to the metro which was so handy

I didn’t like that I was charged $50 per night for “incidentals” without being informed of this. Had I known, I would have used a credit card instead of a cash loaded Mastercard which tied up my money. I explained to staff several times and never received an apology which was disappointing. I did get the money back after check out but my holiday was over then!
