Our room was clean and a good size.
It was raining out and our heat/air unit was being dripped on the outside. Sooo loud. I contacted the front desk and asked to be moved. They were very accommodating. We had trouble getting the water in the shower on. When I spoke to staff they told me they were just hard to get on. Tried again and the water came on with difficulty. Breakfast was prepackaged, microwave beatable.

Clean and easy to get around.
Pool and gym out of order, toilet paper kept falling off, breakfast was not good, cold entry, traffic was difficult to navigate getting in and out.

Room comfortable, bed good but pretty tight getting out of bed on one side in middle of night. Nice bathroom, very clean and quiet.
Very disappointing breakfast even for seniors that don’t eat a lot. Packages very small, not much variety.

Was very hospitable and the servers and staff were professional and courteous. Enjoyed the scenery as well. Amenities were exceptional.

They canceled my reservation because I didn’t show up until the next day without notifying me and I paid full price I’d would like a refund.

The room was what I expected and was comfortable.
No elevator. I'm 80 and had some problem with the stairs. I was locked out of my room because staff didn't pay attention to the length of my reservation. I've heard of "bag lunches" but never "bag breakfasts." Ugh!

3 beds no furniture to sit on. I paid for a pool that is not open. They should tell you that. The room was dreary and datk. Bag breakfast like in high school. Over priced for what they had. Very noisy street

The remodel turned out amazing just wish the pool would open up it’s been a very long time
The manager Jessica was beyond rude I’ve never experienced worse service in my life she went out of her way to try to belittle me and anybody else around her including her staff (the house keepers) I wrote another longer review via different site so I’m going to wrap this one here up.

They were not accmadatiing to people w' disabilities who need ESA animals , the front desk employee was rude, canceled my reservation and was told to leave!
