The location
Smell strange, like a old

Like that it was relatively close to town and stores and on the yamhill bus line
That they originally charged my debit card double of my room because I had to have my bank release the hold on the second charge on my card to pay for my next hotel in Mount Vernon WA

Early check in by text.
The Fire Alarm was pulled at 5am. The parking lot was all all torn up for construction and difficult to navigate. The jets in the spa didn’t work.

Didn't like vanity/sink location. It was in line/view with beds, so early birds getting ready wake people up/light reflects on sleepers/beds.

We were greeted by very competent, friendly clerk. Our room was clean and comfy. The breakfast was amazing.
Traffic noise. Not sure there is much to be done, but highway traffic sounds were loud.

I loved that I was able to get an affordable room with a jacuzzi tub it was very nice and I definitely will be staying again.

The lady at the front desk was very kind. And after attempting twice to give me a card that would let me into the fitness center. She just walked down to the room and let me in. Which I was very thankful for

The quiet space.
The fact that I was told afterwards that a Goverment ID would save us more than a third party booking.

Spa jets were near the bottom and therefore, not as relaxing as hoped. More like a warm bath.

I really love the wide variety and fresh breakfast you all offered! The front desk evening shift lady was very helpful with answering all our hotel needs. The rooms were clean, stocked up with towels and toilet paper and was surprised by the coffee machine in the room with cups.
The bathroom floor was a little dirty including the sink we’re we stayed at. One of the hotel lights for the sink was not functioning at all.

We were beyond impressed with our experience at this Best Western! The breakfast was delicious (bacon and sausage and eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles, a variety of cereals, baked goods, a coffee/tea station....). We were so pleasantly surprised by the selection and quality. Additionally, every staff member we interacted with went above and beyond with customer service. Friendly, helpful, warm. We were in town for a wedding and selected this hotel for it's proximity to the venue, but we were thrilled with how pleasant the stay was. Don't hesitate to stay here - you'll be comfortable and well taken care of.
