Breakfast?? The only options were a bowl of cereal, with NO milk... Or a waffle.

Blood on the blanket... Sink in the bathroom was stopped up and holding water; which therefore rendered it useless. Water only stayed "warm" not hot in the shower for about 2 minutes.

The bed was super comfortable & I was super happy to got a shuttle back and forth to the airport!

The stuff at night was super nice to me and told me I can get with the shuttle to the airport at 1pm but then the stuff in the moring told its not possible anymore and she wasn't the friendliest person at all I must say.

Staff were lovely. Room was dated but comfortable.

To be fair the hotel was being renovated but had no carpets, was very dusty and dirty. Ice machines were out of order and the elevator inspection was out of date.

Not to clean..laundry facilities not working . Could not get refunded just a huge disappointment 😒

The room wasn't clean good at all there was hair in the shower. There was mode inside the microwave. And there was no batteries in the remote. I reported the mode to the night clerk and his response to me was that I should've reported it to the day shift. Because he was the only one on duty. And he couldn't leave the front to get me another microwave. And he said but you are welcome to come downstairs and use the one in the eating room. Yessss I was very unhappy with that .Because I paid $116.00 and so I should've had a clean one to start with. Cleaning the microwave should come with Cleaning the room. And yes I took pictures also. And I had to go downstairs too get batteries for the remote. So the clerk did give me another one. But the guest shouldn't have to go get anything when they have paid for good service. 😕

Booking.com did not inform the hotel of our reservation. We took 90 minutes to check in. Hotel never got the confirmation of our booking, so we paid a second time for a room for the night!

the rooms were nice . the set up was nice . they offered a full breakfast & great pools hours .

they scammed us out of our deposit . they charged us for a towel & a stain in the sheets , which is ridiculous ! the front desk workers were rude & they rather call the police then call a manager .

the property is under construction so the first room they gave us was awful. it was dirty and the elevator was broken.
