Spacious and clean room, nice bathroom, strong AC, ice machines on every floor, guest laundry, cold room fridge
Lobby rugs are all pulling up and loose, old furniture from what must have been the 80s. I should have immediately turned around, but I decided to give the benefit of the doubt. Pool was down for maintenance, sewage smell in the hall...assuming related problem. No attempt to offer discount/other. Charge for everything with a real nickle and dime feel. Pay for wifi ($5), the free wifi is super slow and we could only connect one device per room. $3.50 for bottles of water in room, not complimentary. $15 breakfast, the restaurant wasn't operating during our stay. There is a Dunkins across the street but nothing for miles other than Foxwoods. They have a small convenience store/room with items to buy.
If we knew about these issues we would have booked elsewhere. The room was nice but we went there mainly for the pool, which was a fail. I understand this stiff happens, but you at least comp the stay, or offer a voucher for a discounted future stay or comp stay. I did mention the issues to the front desk and got a half-hearted "sorry".
We chose to upgrade hotels (so we thought) from Comfort Inn down the road. We should have stayed there...pool hours were better (midnight and working vs 10pm at Hilton and broken), free breakfast (with eggs, sausage, and belgian waffles) vs. None at Hilton, free wifi for unlimited devices, better directTV service with 700+ channels (Hilton only had very basic without a "guide" button, you had to watch channel 2 slowly scroll through an automated guide), and a sauna/jacuzzi for a lot less money. For a Hilton this was a suprising failure, especially compared to a budget hotel in the area.

Had trouble checking in, got charged a pet fee when I did not have a pet in my room! Was there for a CHEERING competition in Foxwoods!

The breakfast was top-notch. Location was perfect to go to Foxwoods.
There were people smoking weed in their room and it was flooding the hallway.

I asked for a soft bed in my reservation, it was not.. The ac unit turned off regularly and was noisy.

Close to the casino, food at venue was very good, liked that they had a quiet time.
Some of the furniture could be replaced.

Great experience from the moment walking in. The women who checked us in was very welcoming and friendly. The environment, staff, and location was excellent!

I like how the king size room is spacious with spa bath plus stand up shower , microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker included
The spa bath and shower weren't clean. I hope the TV has a smart app. It would be nice if breakfast was included in the hotel. The room feels muggy and has no fresh scent. It appears the air conditioner works on and off. Also, one of the front desk associates didn't make you feel welcome. The personality was unhappy.

i loved my room it had the jetted tub that i wanted and the room was very spacious at that
what i didn't like was that i couldnt get the jetts to work and the tub didnt fill up quick enough for me anyways the other thing i didn't like was the hot tub becasue i was never able to get in and enjoy it because it was always crowded but other than that it was a good place to rent a room

Clean Room, polite staff at front desk. 5 minutes from Foxwoods. Late checkout (12pm) Loved outdoor hot tub
Toilet VERY low to floor, toilet paper was almost behind the toilet, (we ended up taking a roll off the holder and leaving it on the counter) pillows were horrible. The people in the room next to us were smoking (against hotel policy) and smoking weed. The smell came into our room on the 2nd night. It was very bad. Called the front desk as we didn’t want to get charged the $500 fee for smoking in room (it was that bad). They were very apologetic and offered to move our room, since it was almost 1am we decided to stay in room and turn on AC to see if that helped.

The staff was great. The hotel was clean . The outside fireplace was delightful . Me and my husband enjoyed sitting outside and enjoying a drink .
The bed In 318 was horrible it was no comfortable it had a lot of indentations. I think it’s time to get rid of that mattress .
