Location

Room was cold they would not change rooms. The maintenance guy didn’t fix it the next day it was said at 90° heat and I had two extra blankets on me and it never warmed up. The bathroom sink was clogged and they didn’t fix that either I was going to stay longer, but change my mind.

Rooms are newly remodeled lots of storage space

The front deck staff is new and don't meet choice sanders very rude. Very unprofessional.

Restaurants close to location

People walking through hanging out and no elevators, no iron/ ironing boards. and front desk clerk not being available at all times.

The beds we’re comfortable.

They don’t clean your room on a regular. No home to call the front desk. No iron or blow dryer. Electrical outlet in bathroom didn’t work. No internet!

I love that once I got inside the room it looked very modern.

I didn't like there wasn't a microwave, TV did NOT work at all, no blow dryer and NO IRON which is very strange. Apparently this is a motel and I didn't know that because it's advertised as a hotel. I mean barely minimum there should be a microwave since there's a fridge and there should most definitely be a IRON.

the beds! god they sucked every time you move the bed would make a loud noise sounding like thunder and the bed was firm as hell if you like that good for you!

Well, let’s see if there’s even enough room to write it all… 1. pictures of place is a lie. 2. very rude staff. 3. made promises they couldn’t hold up too. 3. multiple charges came off my card that I had to call booking to even get that straightened up 4. I was told I would get refund back for 4 nights that I didn’t stay upon check out & I’ve called to be told I’m not receiving that now after being promised it. 5. I called the property to try and handle things reasonably and he decides to hang up on me. They was very rude from the time I checked in, blamed me for the inside of the door locked getting locked when I walked outside and came back to get in my room how I locked the inside one from the outside? I’m not sure. but anyway after that I walked down to the desk to get clean towel for them to have issues with that as well, and then the lady finally gave me the towels and told me “Now shoooo” rushed me out very rude. Defiantly not like the pictures, not near as clean either. wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. I’ll never stay at another. don’t trust them with you card number & definitely don’t trust what it’s “suppose” to look like and don’t except a friendly staff. there’s so much to be said about this property. but I’ve definitely learned I WONT be staying there again! 💯

The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious.

The floors were disgusting. Bathroom was nasty. Toilet seat was broke. Only gave 2 towels for a 5 night stay.
