Beds not super comfortable. Rooms could be cleaned a little better.

Pee stains on the bathroom floor. Toilet seat broken. No soap at sink or shower. No plastic bag for dirty clothes. Breakfast was lacking, just biscuits and gravy, and cold cereal.

The price was low.

They gave us the wrong room, had to switch. Both rooms were tiny, beds were noisy and uncomfortable. Remote didn’t work.

Breakfast good. Location good. Room size good. Bath size good.

Black marks made floor appear dirty. Towel bar on vanity missing. No trash can in bathroom. Too few handicap parking. Handicap rooms should have dedicated parking spots. We stayed at Ramada on Yale for less $$ and much nicer.

The beds were comfortable. There was a refrigerator and microwave. The location was perfect for me.

I needed no stairs but was put on the second floor with no elevator. The bathroom was inadequately cleaned. There weren't enough hand towels and no bath towels.

Terrible neighborhood and I was worried about my parked motorcycle. a little late night domestic violence in the parking lot.

I was very tired when I booked. It turned out this hotel was almost out of town instead of the center of town and apparently I booked a disabled room, and it was the farthest room at the end of the complex, which gave me a long walk with all of my luggage as I just completed a long flight and was very tired. The fan in the bathroom did not work either.

Everything met my expectations! Very pleased at the moment.

Staff was poor and didn't accommodate elderly/disabled grandparents to be on the bottom floor. They had to climb up the stairs, barely making it.

Location is pretty good. Sheets and bedding are nice.

Grounds, walkways, stairs are old, dirty, and unsafe. Bathtub/tub substandard.

We had to leave early because of an unexpected ice issue and they did not charge us for the room.

I had booked a disability room for my brother. However at front desk I was informed that all rooms with rollaway shower. Pool shut down. Our room did not have fridge.

The location was perfect! 1/2 way between Tucson and Denver. Quiet area and quick access to the freeway. The room was very comfortable as was the linen and overall cleanly.
