Staff was friendly.

No wash clothes were provided. Stayed 2 nights, no fresh towels provided on our 2nd night.

The heater/ac was too quiet but it was worked well.

they had an issue with the heat so the room that I booked was not available Craig is physically handicapped and had to go up 2 fights of stairs no elevator. There were 2 adults and three children from 14 to 5 they gave us a room with one bed and a pull out couch. They did give us cots but it was a small room very crowded. we fortunately had relatives in the area so spent only a small time in the room. we left a day early because of the inconvenience of these accommodations.

Apparently we were put in a disabled person room. The light switches were too low and are two and a half year old was able to turn them on and off. The door handles were the kinds that she was able to open and close. And worst of all she was able to open the door to the hallway; even though she couldn't get out she could open it if she needed to and throw things out there or talk to people or whatever. I'm not sure why we were given that room because we are not disabled.

the pool is great for kids and the location is great. the staff were very nice!

the beds had a sheet and a blanket it was in the 30s and when we turned the heat on it smelled so bad. the corners of the bathroom were not as clean as the could have been. $700+ for two night is way too much.
