Personal muy poco amable. Me cobraron 1 dolar más como depósito "segun ellos", el dolar no importa, es el hecho que probablemente a cada cliente le sacan 1 dolar demás si no estás atento con la cuenta. Es un hotel para dormir 1 noche e irse rapidamente.

The location is perfect. We have stayed here multiple times and always appreciate the cleanliness and the family-friendly atmosphere.

Location was easy to get to, staff very friendly and welcoming, breakfast was really great, bed very comfortable, decor in the lobby was vibrant and welcoming. Saw a wonderful sunset as we were settling in. Great value!

The rooms are outdated. The bathroom had a really old hospital shower and the two females who checked me in knew I had three small children. I was unable to shower them during our stay.

The property is exceptionally clean and the breakfast is great

The mattress had a dip in the middle and was not comfortable. We always stay at this hotel and we have never had this discomfort before

I really enjoyed the amenities in the room and the breakfast waffles.

The bathtub was not as clean as I would like and we only had shampoo no conditioner. Also the cereal with breakfast was stale and the milk options were very limited.

Light levels were good in the room.

Bathroom was filthy with black mold in corners of room & tub. Phone did not work as message light always on, no housekeeping for room & had to ask for new towels & trash removal. Snacks expensive.

I live this place. I just wish the ice machines worked.

Housekeeping needs to do a better job making sure they clean the showers properly. The shower was clogged, so I unclogged it myself and come to find out it was full of poop 🤢

Breakfast was delicious and ready when we woke up. Staff was friendly and courteous. Eating area is comfortable and accommodating.

My stay was too short.

Comfortable bed, big room. Breakfast was pretty good.

Towels weren't clean. Bathtub was peeling which made it feel like it wasn't clean.

They kept my $25 deposit with no acceptable reason. Even with a promise on Friday morning from the desk manager that the $25 deposit hold would be released. I have the desk manager's promise on audio recording. I simply asked Sabrina at check-in on Thursday evening what the price was and she quoted a higher price than what I could get with my Genius level 3. She actually took a $25 deposit without my permission or telling me, then argued with me about it that I heard her when she told me. I AM THE ONLY ONE WHO CAN TELL YOU WHAT I HAVE HEARD AND WHAT I HAVE NOT. It became extremely obvious that she was trying to quickly, "sneakily" run my card instead of letting me use my option for Booking. com.. At breakfast I heard another woman complaining to her daughter that Sabrina had tried to run her card though she had already prepaid. I said nothing but just remembered. The moment I left the desk after check-in, I could not breathe in the hallways, or in the elevator. The room was dusty smelling from dust under the bed and musty from a dirty air conditioner. I took video under the bed, terrible dust. Plastic food wrappers, food scraps, feathers... Once in the room, the coffee maker malfunctioned. There was a live cockroach scurrying from under the coffee maker. I got video of it. I killed the cockroach with a napkin.. I could not sleep well because I could not breathe.usty and dusty. Bathroom is from the 1990's. Moldy, musty, no "fart fan." I expect that at cheap hotels. Not at La Quinta. I took an entry video of the hotel room. I also took an exit video of the hotel room so there is absolutely no reason for that hotel to keep my deposit. They've had plenty of time to release it if they were going to. I will not stay here again. I prefer the La Quinta at the Airport over all 4 different La Quinta Inns that I've stayed at in San Antonio. I've made friends with their wonderful staff over the years.

Breakfast was good.

Charged twice for a one day stay. Would not refund money. Was told they didn't see two charges. My bank said one charge on day of checkout. Second charge next day at 4:03 am. Never stay again.

The location...the staff have always been at a 10

We were held back from registering for about an hour...rooms were not ready. This was a bit of an inconvenience for us...held us back on our schedule. Hope next time we don't have to wait.
