The hotel's elevator was not working. The rooms were dirty. The place is very outdated. The food looked sad; not many options.

I liked that it was clean and the room is a good size room.

Restroom was a little small I have a disabled child so it was a little rough For her she kept hitting her foot. Also this was our second stay and Breakfast is good just the same over and over. Also one of the elevators is still broken down So it made it harder as well.

The location.

The staff were under renovations. Only 1 elevator worked so it was long hold times on the elevator. The room smelled of mildew.

I didn’t like my son bed have ants and the toilet seats moving and it take me waiting for long time for elevator to go down. Restroom down main lobby, no toilets paper.

First night AC was not working...staff didn't do anything to accommodate us in another room ...we had to wait until the following day so they could fix the AC....we called the front receptionist and had to wait for the following day..room super hot and muggy...no trash can...no towels...no iron

Room cleaning and service was good. Room design with the Sofa and pantry was great.

The wifi did not work at all. I lost most of my phone data during my stay. The hotel premises needs to have a water bottle filling station or the hotel needs to provide atleast 2 bottles of water to the room every day of the stay. I had to buy water while I stayed there and I feel drinking water is a basic necessity and should not need to be paid for separately in a hotel stay. The breakfast buffet service is running slower than the demand during the breakfast hours. The staff was unable to smoothly manage the number of guests that come down for breakfast at the same time and it resulted in crowding and long waits at counters that needed refilling. Also, the breakfast space can be expanded to accommodate the number of people that stay at the hotel. Several guests were unable to find a place to sit for breakfast.
