The staff night staff seemed friendly, but then I was asked to pay a cash deposit. I declined. The gentleman in the morning was very nice. I forgot my phone charger and he let me back in the room to grab it.
The noise levels were insane. It wasn't mentioned when booking online that there was no cable or wifi. The towels looked dingy and if I would have wanted to soak in a bath (which I wouldn't) there was no stopper in the tub.

Absolutely nothing, the rooms were dirty and uncomfortable, the staff was unorganized and sloppy, the breakfast was horrible they had nothing, and the pool water was green. The bathroom was nasty and the towels and sheets and carpet had stains all in them.
Everything this was a horrible experience.

cable didn’t work the whole stay , first room we got put in the bath tub was refinished and the smell was way to strong for my pregnant wife , my son , and I (almost pass out strong) . the rooms where not fully cleaned hair everywhere and floors not vacuumed.

the kids loved the pool
in a bad part of town and nothing looked as nice as the pictures and there were drug users all over the property

Location is easy to access, Great group of friendly greeters. Wasn't expecting much but was a very nice stay due to the friendly customer service and clean room.

The staff at the hotel were nice.
The property is in poor condition. I actually didn’t end up staying and understood that charge was non-refundable. The rooms were not clean. there was hair on the floor of the bathrooms. the doors don’t have any weather stripping. The rooms were also hot. Within 30 minutes of checking in we checked out and moved to another hotel.

The dude in the office was awesome made our visit well worth the stay will say we had trouble finding it but the guy came an directed us in the right direction I think his name was Patrick.......

The front desk clerk was nice. Our original King room has maintenance issues. we were then given a full size suite after declining a moldy smelling double
