Friendly staff

People above us were super loud stomping all day and night

location is great and the price was ok

needs more maintenance…I’ve worked hotels for years and the fact that my tub was peeling and the repairs done around the tub were poorly done was all lazy maintenance. additionally the mattress was sooo worn in and uncomfortable.. I doubt it’s been replaced since they opened in 2008

One critique fresh fruit at breakfast if possible but otherwise amazing, and maybe reclining chairs in the rooms just in case for those with sleeping disorders, might find it helpful or easier to sleep

The tile around the pool was SO slippery. My kids fell several times just walking around it.

The hotel just seems kinda run down. There was a musty smell or feel to it. The lamps in the room were super dusty. The beds were not great. You could hear and feel the springs in them. I wouldn't stay again.

it’s very old, the bathrooms need to be updated. The room in general looks old too. The only thing we like was the breakfast the waffles were good.

We enjoyed having the pool to ourselves. The hotel was quiet and the room was spacious.

The sofa-bed was not very clean and the extra blankets for the kids were super thin.

The property was very nice and clean and the staff were SO friendly and happy to help with any issues! The staff being happy to help and provide assistance definitely outweighed any minimal issues we had.

We had an issue where the power went out to our room, but we found it comical because of a previous issue in our bathroom with the toilet not flushing. So the staff was very upbeat and friendly about the situation! There was also some construction, but other that that it was great!

The location was close to my destination.

The room overall was dirty. I had to clean and disinfect all furniture myself and plug in the lamps in the room. The chair had sticky crusty stuff on it. The tables and desk had visible sticky stains from previous uses. When I cleaned and disinfected the furniture, my wipes would come back brown or black due to how dirty it was. The shower chair had stains from previous use. Not wear and tear. These were almost like urine stains. My room smelled like cigarette smoke the whole time even though it is a "smoke free area". Turns out the smoking area was right outside my vent where the ac/heater is so all the smell and smoke came in the room.
