Convenient to location

The location was great for what we needed.

The phone in the room had no cords. The door wouldn't lock when we shut it when we would leave the room. When I told the front office ...they said there wasn't anything they could do until the next shift maintenance came in and that "don't worry, nobody is going to go in your room". (We had to leave early morning for a baseball tournament).

I didn't like the fact I was told by your ad the price was one thing BUT paid more. Showed ad to check out to no avail.was told if I found a better price you would match or better.DIDN'T HAPPEN.

Was expecting a little more then what I saw, an also one of the guest room had a very bad Oder did not like that at all.

The Rooms needs to be double checked before u book them, the rooms did not get cleaned,no clean towels was put in at all doing our stay

Toilet seat broken, Bulbs out and pool closed. Manager lied by saying the city inspector closed all pools in the city. We saw many pools open around the city.

no hot tub available(black slime in bottom), pool was dirty

Breakfast was first come first serve. Nothing was refilled.

The shower and sink water smelled like Lake water(fish)...eww. Website said pool was open and when we arrived the lady at guest service stated they were waiting on inspection so the kids were bored.

The front desk was extremely nice the whole stay.

the elevator broke down with us inside and we had to call for help. They had to reset it to get it open which meant shutting it off, lights included. They then proceeded to put an out of order on the elevator for the rest of the stay after it broke down with us inside. We then had to take the stairs from their forward which was hard on me as I was having issues walking. They also closed breakfast down earlier then planned on Wednesday morning putting us in a bind.
