We enjoyed the bigger sized fridge and I can see how traveling with a family would benefit from having a cooking capability. The location was very pleasing. The front desk staff was very welcoming.

I’m not crazy about being video taped upon check-in or check out. It feels like a breach of privacy. I do not enjoy being photographed.

Location to my intended destination...property inside & out, seemed to be reasonably maintained, but interior areas, ie elevators, passageways & hallways were a bit rough.

Sadly, bugs (cockroaches!) were present in the room...specifically, in the bathroom, and even inside the refrigerator. Small ones, but present, unfortunately. As my stay was very brief, and the likelihood of finding another nearby hotel last-minute, or that requesting another room (without bugs!) was highly unlikely, I sucked-it up. The property overall was not rundown, in a nice, safe location and the room was "clean", (except for the cockroaches)...as I travel to this area somewhat frequently, I had thought that I found a nice, clean, safe "gem" to use as my go-to hotel...but the cockroach issue unfortunately changed all that.

It would be better if coffee makers were left in rooms. You have to ask for it and all kitchen supplies at front desk. You can get coffee in lobby from 6:00 to 9:30 am. There is soap in bathroom but not shampoo.
