Cleanliness and the smell wasn’t so great. Strong cigarette smell as well as a smell like wet dog lingered.

All was good except the shower leaked the whole time. We didn’t understand why it wasn’t fixed before we checked in? it was very bad and continuous, We reported it before leaving and the front desk person just said they would look into it.

The staff was always friendly. The room was good and I enjoyed having a fridge.

The location was good for what we needed

The room was clean but there was a funny smell like something was rotten. It wasnt so strong that it's was unbearable but too strong to be ignored. There's no way the cleaning staff wasn't aware. The property needs to be renovated. The furnishings are old, night stands are chipped and scratched, mattress was uncomfortable. I suppose we paid for the location because it was definately not a $200 room.

Everything this location is super quiet beautiful area ... Rosa and the front desk staff are amazing. Definitely will stay here again.

Nothing perfect place

I liked the convenience for my commute.

The cleanliness is as lack thereof, there were cobwebs in the corners of the entire room, dust hanging from the vent in the bathroom, hard water stains underneath the sink, the tub floor was dirty. Black particles coming from the water faucet. The beds were SUPER UNCOMFORTABLE. It felt like the entire hotel slept on both beds, I had to keep switching beds just to get a good nights sleep.

no coffee in room, bed is worn and don't sit on foot cuz bed tips, cops being called the last 3 stays, looks like a vett is stored in a prime parking space, and some more privileged are allowed to park in red zones!

The place is clean and affordable. Keisha at the front desk was so nice!!! She went above and beyond to accommodate our stay. It’s refreshing to meet people like her that actually like their job and make people feel welcomed! Thank you keisha after having a rough day your beautiful attitude made our day so much better.

The staff was very friendly, helpful and cordial. I liked the location of our room. Laundry facilities were great! In my room I did not feel comfortable about the cleanliness. Thankfully there were no bed bugs as some friends warned(of these types of hotels not this location). I liked the price. Was surprised we had a kitchen.

Room smelled, cleanliness of room and hallway, … but I’ve been told that is on brand with the Extended Stay
