The room was very clean and comfortable.

The location was good, right off the exit. It was quiet and had a nice view of a lake from our window. It was clean and the staff was very helpful. I would recommend Lake Inn for someone traveling to this area.

The door lock was a little tricky, but once you figure out how the lock works it was fine.

The rooms were updated and very clean. The beds were very comfortable.

There was a strange smell in the hall way of the two story building.

Nice location, right off the highway and 10 minutes from Mt A College and St F University. Clean, recently updated room. Nice hot shower with good water pressure. The bed was super comfy and the heat/cooling system worked very well and very quickly to adjust to our needs. The woman at check-in was very friendly and helpful, even though we arrived super late at night. She gave us all the info we needed for our stay and answered all the questions we had about the area with a smile.

The signage could be a little better, we drove right past it at first, then pulled into the restaurant parking lot and didn't realize where the office was at first. As I pas going out to get breakfast in the morning a car with some pretty sketchy people pulled in and waited for me to move before taking the spot I had been parked in, even though there were only 2 other occupied spots in the whole lot. My partner told me when I got back that they had been yelling outside the doors.

We had to stay in town for about 2 hours after the check out time to wait for an auto repair. They offered to let us stay in the room at no extra charge. Very kind and gracious.

Property was clean, seemed to have been updated in last year or so. King size bed was comfortable.

Heating system was loud, ran all night. A minor annoyance was the lack of convenient outlets for charging our phones and location of the bathroom light switch.

curtains didn't block outside lights, no ice machine , card did not work to get in room , no food on premises , over priced for what your getting , should get $40 refund to be fair about it , left there felling like I overpaid

The room was big.. The bed and the pillows were great

I was up at 7:00 and the closest coffee was Dunkin' donuts a quarter mile away. I really like coffee in the room. Aside from that everything was great

I understand why they had the restaurant closed, but that would've made things nicer. The rooms are freshly renovated. They did a beautiful job and I would recommend this hotel!

Put tag on door to clean room 2 days in a row and nothing done, had to go to office to ask for a clean towel, I was the only one staying there at the time.
