It’s a great corporate hotel. Rooms are modern, clean and equipped for remote working. Can’t fault it.
The food is better than expected for a hotel like this which is a real plus given the location.
The staff are unbelievably helpful and friendly. This has been consistent in the few times I’ve stayed here this year! Love this
Common areas are a little dated and one elevator doesn’t work. Although I wasn’t delayed so not really a big deal.

The lobby was beautiful and the seating was comfortable since we had to wait hours to be able to check in
1. Room had large water roaches
2. Took over 2 hours before could check in because room was not ready
3. Took over 90 minutes to have housekeeping to deliver additional supplies to room

Nothing but location l. I am a regular customer of Sheraton Mahwah in NJ and it’s very clean and nice staff.
The room has bad smell
There were a pair of old socks close to the bed.
There were insects and bed bugs.
The attitude of the reception lady who chucked us in as well as the breakfast lady although we paid for the breakfast in advance but she was very rude.

The hotel its self was absolutly beautiful. I have never stayed at a Sheraton so it was a good experience. The pool was nice considering how hot it was. We stayed on the 9th floor in a king bed with a couch bed.
We had no hot water the whole time we stayed. I don't know if it was just this hotel but we didn't have a microwave in the room when i wanted a snack. There was a wedding in at the time we went so it was a little busy but not terrible.

I really liked this property. I am a high floor girly and the guest agent was very accommodating to that. The hotel was very nice and I absolutely will check this property out first when I come back into the area
Parking lot wasn’t well lit and it was far for a single traveler. also the air conditioner made loud noises when turning on and off.

Hotel was clean and most of the staff were attentive and friendly.
There was no proper restaurant facility and the breakfast at the cafe was diabolical! Also staff in the morning at the cafe were not attentive, abrasive and unhelpful unlike the rest of the staff.

Their GYM was closed on Sunday and there's no free wifi after you check out

most of the staff were friendly but there were a couple of staff members that left it not enjoyable . they need to work on customer service , and did not have Netflix
