Staff was friendly and helpful
First was the hotel sign lights were out, entrance door in the back was wide open (no security), coffee maker was broken, no decaf coffee at the breakfast, carpet was dirty.

The staff at the quality inn are my favorite part. The kids love the waffles. Wickenburg is our favorite.
This hotel need renovation. It wouldn’t hurt if the owner would actually finish the pool too. There are definitely noticeable things around the hotel needing replacement. The breakfast area has an array of items holding food with holes, so flies can get in.

The coffee and plenty towels bedding clean
The pool was not open had been down for 3 years they need to take off the website family so disappointed . The bathrooms need to be upgraded the tub has chips also the walls old water damaged then patch sorta they need to upgrade. I stayed here over 20 years ago and the pool then was great had stairs to the pool . I tried to call them for 2 days the phone was down

hair in shower that wasn’t mine. shower tile had mold between tiles, towels had been used so many times that you could see through them, remote control didn’t work well with tv, lightbulb out near bed, security door to back entrance didn’t work, breakfast was way overcooked and dry, the reception person was missing at front desk that I could not tell them my concern, I used the lobby bathroom and no soap or hand towels in bathroom

The rooms need to be updated badly. There are areas of deteriorating paint, insulation around refrigerator deteriorating, furniture is old and stained.carpet is old and stained. Bathtub surround had rust.

Location to the event we were attending.
Booked through Booking.com .with King suite . Received a room with 2 beds. . I couldn't pull up my booking for some reason so just kept the room assigned.. Would I stay agai. ? Probably not.

The front desk gentleman was very nice and helpful.
When making reservation asked for 2 queen beds and had to settle for a king since the queens were given away to regulars as we were told.
Showed 2 rooms with king bed and first was smell badly of smoking even though it was a non smoking room.
Of course we took the 2nd room.

Robert was super friendly, bed was pretty comfortable. Location, overall clean property.
Toilet was constantly running. Breakfast, ran out of sausage, but overall decent for a quick bite before the road.

We were very happy with our stay. The room was neat and clean. The sheets were really soft. The price was right specially since it also included complimentary breakfast with choices of hot and cold cereal, eggs, sausage & waffles.
The one thing we didn’t like is that our key card seamed to only work for one opening and had to keep getting new ones.

I booked for two days and the site said nothing about the pool being out of service so I canceled my booking and they still charged me for the 2 days even though they said they wouldn't charge me

Dirty, run down furniture, pool was empty and looked broken for a long time, boogers on the inside of the shower curtain, most outlets did not work and breakfast was horrible.

The window was broken, letting hot air in. The AC barely worked and did not cool the room comfortably.
The bathroom was so small it was difficult to close the door.
The breakfast was horrible. One bite and it went into the trash.
