I asked the front to clean up our room during two-night stays, but they didn’t. We had to use the same towels for three days.

Beds were comfortable.

Not much to do there. Almost all trails are near Sedona which is 30 to 40min.

The staff was very knowledgable and very helpful. They greeted us with a smile and joy. Whatever questioned we asked they answered us with the best benefit for us.

Hot tub not fully functional. TV remote was not working-(low batteries) & TV was disconnected to direct tv. Positives was front desk manager came & fixed when called.

The front desk people seemed to feel frustrated by some questions and weren’t friendly

Bfast was not ready as scheduled time, there was flies at the room

Rooms were very clean. Staff was friendly. We had everything we needed. We will be back!

The bed was lumpy. The bed was not comfortable. Pillows were not firm.

Friendly staff with excellent customer service, I needed a bit longer before I checked out and they gave me a later check out time free of charge, which was wonderful and a first for me, I normally stay across the street at the old super 8 motel because it's a little bit cheaper but you get what you pay for and I'll never stay anywhere else again in camp verde, clean rooms and comfy beds/pillows also they serve a hot breakfast in the morning with lots of different choices and everything was fresh, they have a gym, outdoor swimming pool/hot tub, great experience and I'll definitely be recommending them and coming back
