The facilty
More variety of breakfast items.

The bathroom floor was a little dirty in one area.
We arrived around 2:10 pm and was told if we wanted to check in early (prior to 3 pm) it would be $15. I have never heard of this before. Every hotel I've stayed at will check you in when the room if ready. Anyway, the front person at the desk said we could check us in at 2:30 without charge. So we sat in the front until 2:30 rolled around and checked in without charge.

I had a wonderful experience at the quality inn santa clara. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues!

Stayed here for a nearby conference. It's not terribly far from the Convention Centre but sits slightly awkwardly between two train stops. Room was clean and quiet, and the hotel is next to a small strip mall.
Pros - Room was fairly large and quiet, and included both a microwave and an actual mini fridge. I had a view of the pool which looked nice and well-maintained although I didn't have the chance to use it. Breakfast was also included but I didnt try it.
Cons
TV in my room didn't work. There's also not much in the surrounding area if you're there for a conference and don't have a car. Also, looking at the prices it seems like the prices were significantly jacked up (2x) specifically for the conference dates.

Supportive staff and clean rooms.
The lobby and outside area of the property were very clean and maintained.
Breakfast items were also good.
The availability of coffee and hot water in the reception area for 24 hrs was amazing.
Nothing to say about improvement!

i liked that it had waffles for breakfast and the room was a good size it was clean and semi updated. There were no protein sources but it did have fruit cereal yogurt and juice. Not too far from great America. I like that it had cable. I liked that it had a gym and pool but did not use it.
the bed was as hard as if I were sleeping on the floor. Made me miss my own and made it hard to fall asleep.

there was no water bottles or in vending machine. the bathroom toilet was leaking 🤢

Location was the only good thing about this hotel
Went to check in at noon, and he charged me a $50 “early check in fee” even though the room was already ready and wouldn’t have been used by anyone else for the next 3 hours before the 3pm check in time. I had also put a credit card down to hold the hotel and upon payment at the hotel the man wouldn’t let me change the card. I attempted to change the card again at checkout and he told me no, the other card was already charged and there was nothing he could do about it. Found him to be very rude and not accommodating for how few people were staying at the hotel.

Nothing whatsoever
We asked for extra pillows and they didn't have any pillow cases, when I flush the toilet it was like a plane crashing, they had no buffet breakfast which they advertise which was false advertising and that was the reason why we stayed there was for the buffet breakfast, the air conditioner was loud and made noises all night long and kept us awake. We just got the runaround from the front desk and they were not helpful at all I would like a refund the place was pathetic

close to Levi stadium pet friendly
be nice if they had shuttle. saw Elton John. almost couldn’t get back. phone died. only cost me $100 to get there. not their fault.

I like all day long hot water service in the reception, since I like to drink hot tea.
Hotel location was not bad for a ride-share to convention center.
There was no water in the room, but there is a coffee machine :)
You need to purchase water from the reception.
Breakfast could be better, very limited options.

Breakfast is vety basic
Rooms are big but the decor is very old and outdated.
Hotel is located just off a highway.

Basic staples for breakfast which were great to start our day, although some eggs and sausage would’ve been a great addition. Can’t go wrong with a waffle maker! Comfortable beds, clean rooms and good sized tv not to mention a pretty roomy balcony.
The pool was closed which was kind of a bummer since the weather was nice. Would have liked to at least have two basic chairs to enjoy on the balcony. but my only main complaint would be that there was construction going on at the freeway and our rooms were facing it all. We could hear it going on until late into the night. I was able to drown the noise with the fan so it wasn’t too bad.
