Room, location & Breakfast.

1 day the maid missed cleaning our room (I was working in the room until after 1:00 PM & had the "Do Not Disturb" sign on my door.)

I did not eat breakfast there. I liked the quiet location and how close it was to the little shops and the busier part of Del Mar down by the plaza.

Loved everything. Many different outside seating areas. Cold when I was there. Would love to come back in warmer weather. (Hot water in bathroom sink didn’t turn on with much pressure.)

Room was everything I would expect of a higher end hotel/inn.

EVERYTHING!! This was a wonderful hotel/stay. The staff was amazing; friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I was able to check in early and check out a little late. AND I was given an upgrade to a different room. 😊 That was very much appreciated!! The parking was no problem, plenty of spaces, and they don't charge for parking like most hotels do nowadays. The room was very clean, as was the whole hotel. The view from my third-floor room was amazing! I will definitely stay here again, and have already booked another stay for my visit in October. I'm so very happy I found this hotel. 😊

The decor looks very dated with a frilly, floral feel to it I'm not sure what makes this a "Premier" hotel - nothing stood out to me as deluxe

Bed could have been more comfortable. I wish I had had a better lock for the sliding glass door as I was on the ground floor.

clean comfortable rooms with great black out curtains and a small kitchenette. on-site cafe does great coffee! no frills but everything was perfectly functional and comfortable.

property is very clean, updated. staff is helpful and friendly. reasonably priced for location. coffee shop is very good for breakfast. pool is heated!

East walk into town for shopping restaurants etc. and right on Camino Del Mar for easy car drive to everywhere including the highway so location was superb. The views of the ocean and sunsets out of this world beautiful. Receive 15% discount coupons to the coffee shop on site which was very good and the staff there were efficient and friendly. easy access to beach.

We arrived a day later than our original booking but I’d notified the property 2 days prior of this change through the Booking.com portal. Upon arrival they had cancelled our booking saying that they marked us as a no show and have no record or access to the Booking.com messaging portal. The one attendant said if I had not received a response directly from them that it should have been up to me to call the property to notify them. She was quite rude and they were struggling to get in touch with the manager to get direction as to what to do. None the less after some wait they eventually let us check in and the stay was great. Booking.com should be aware that some properties are not aware of their the breakdown in their communication platform.

They didn't have complimentary water bottles in the room when we arrived, I wish they did.
