Shower door area was leaking- reported to receptionist who told me that she was going to notify the management. We asked for a discount - no follow up was made to us.

great location. The internet is fast, (when it works) kept clean, good staff.

The Wifi system has an issue, it loses connection to outside internet for periods of 30 min or more. They do not know what the issue is and they keep restarting router until it hopefully works. The air conditioner works, but the "change filter" light is ON. Tried to change to Heat mode, and the whole room began to smell like Mold. The fridge had a small annoying hum at night - Unplugged. They need mechanical and technical support here.

nice, clean, new rooms in a central location of the town of Davis

The room was very nice and clean. It's in a cute area. Good price. All the lights had dimmers.

There wasn't anyone at the desk when I went to check out but it was fine.

Great location, in the middle of downtown Davis. Room was quite large and well appointed.

The air conditioner in the room was a room AC and was quite noisy. It would keep switching on and off and would wake me up at night.

The location being in downtown Davis was big plus, we could go out to eat shop with out having to drive and worry about parking. The rooms were nicely decorated and clean.

The bathroom did not get to much from the air from the air condition unit, being in the middle of the summer this was a down side. Also to keep the bathroom cool we had to keep the door wide open.
