Room was very good. Probably recently upgraded. Staff was good. Nothing to complain about.

The staff lied during check in. We asked if there was an elevator and the lady said yes. When we were finished checking in we asked how to get to the elevator and she said there wasn’t one and that she never said there was one. The whole place was dingy and extremely dirty! No elevator! Our smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling and chirping when we got in. It wouldn’t stop so they sent a man up and he disconnected it and said that it was fine because there was one in the hall-pretty sure that’s a code violation. The rooms look as if they’ve been renovated but there is an awful smell- almost like cat urine? No phone in the room and no alarm clock. Bathroom door would not stay closed either. Very dissatisfied. Wish I could give a rating of 0.

This stay was literally the worst!

The walls in the room were filthy. The room smelled of mold. In the restroom the floor had a huge puddle as if someone showered there before we checked in... As if the restroom was not cleaned because a wash cloth was still hanging over the shower rod from the previous renters. The restroom door did not fit it did not close all the way, u had to push an pull really hard... The floor was dirty with dust. The phone did not work and the blow dryer was broken at the plug.

Very little. I did, on request, get a downstairs room. Linens were clean, covers adequate, and the room was clean, totally unlike the entrance. Also, to check in with a reservation I had to stand outside, IN A COLD WIND WITH MY BACK SPASMING, and shout through thick plexiglass.

When I checked in, exhausted and dirty from moving, with my back in spasm, THERE WAS NO HOT WATER DESPITE RUNNING IT FOR THREE OR FOUR MINUTES. In the morning, on the advice of the clerk, I ran it for ten minutes and finally achieved lukewarm. The "breakfast " looked like it had come out of a broom closet.

Breakfast was good. Stuff was really helpful.

The carpet in the hallway was dirty.

I did NOT like the fact that I booked a Smoking room. And when I get there it was a Non Smoking room. Someone from Booking. Com needs to do a current update on all motels that consider themselves Motel with a Smoking to see if they currently still offer Smoking Rooms.

Nothing at all. I thought it’s a fair enough place to stay because of its price but it was so so so terrible and so so so disappointing.

All of it… From the time you check in at the front desk, going to your room and wake up in the morning to see the breakfast which is very disgusting, ( I don’t know why the management keeping all your staffs that ruining your business ) that made me just go out of the place and look for somewhere a decent food and place to eat.

The people above me were running around all night , the heater didn’t work , mold in the shower , burns on bedding . The plugs need to be changed my devices we’re securely staying in . Paint was chipped . All Furniture was old very old … like very very old . The toilet paper roller was completely rusted . I tried getting a room to get away for the weekend I left early because I couldn’t relax .

It was close to the freeway, which I guess is convenient and the breakfast was okay. Wish there was at least liquid coffee creamer. The bed was comfortable enough.

This really is not a very nice hotel. The carpet on the stairs were very dirty and the furniture in the room is not all that nice. There wasn't even kleenex in the kleenex holder and the fact that they charged a $200.00 deposit for this roach motel was irritating. However, we needed a place to sleep for one night, last minute and there weren't a lot of choices.
