Location is pretty quiet despite its close proximity to the 101. The sea lions were the loudest thing around, and they are pretty cool. The harbor is close by so getting a good view of the sea lions and boats is easy.

The room was nothing special but was clean. The paint job in the bathroom was pretty ugly. For the price though, a clean room is what matters

It was a great location, clean & comfortable. The breakfast was so nice and they had a great supply. It was quiet so we couldn’t hear our neighbors.

I didn’t like that you had to go outside to move from the room to any other part of the hotel but the courtyard was well maintained.

Location is good, not as good of an ocean view as we anticipated but still peaceful view. There was a young male that immaculately cleaned our room in between days, he was very polite and professional, and also ran to the lobby to get another key card for me as ours was not working. Cool motel cat that hangs around and is adorable. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The fridge/freezer and microwave are always a plus.

Walls and baseboards were dirty, toilet very small and crowded into already small bathroom. The key cards kept needing replaced, there were 3 separate groups of us and it seemed to be a problem with each group. The continental breakfast was just ok. Wish there were maybe some eggs, additional protein, and more fresh fruit options. The lady at the front desk during breakfast was not the friendliest, she was cleaning breakfast tables with a spray bottle cleaner that was getting overspray on peoples food, and she kept going in and out of room slamming the door, not a pleasant experience. The mattress on our bed kept sliding off to the side maybe from my husband getting out of bed, I’m not sure, but it was an annoyance.

The comfy feeling of the bed and the coastal view from the balcony. Love staying here.

ac in my room doesn’t work tried turning it off for an hour or two when I went and had dinner came back and turned it back on and my room is still hot, told the night staff that the ac needed serviced and was told they would put a note in for maintenance. have the window open and it’s hotter in the room than outside. know there isn’t much staff can do at night but would have been nice to have been offered a different room if available.
