Rooms comfortable, the front desk staff extremely friendly & helpful

I understand about being Environmentally Conscious & actually doing things that actually help & they are but I asked 4 different times to have my Room serviced over 4 different stays I was very disappointed because not 1 time did my room get cleaned & even after reporting it to front desk they always promised it’ll be cleaned the next & along with came basic short staffed, to my amazement my room didn’t get cleaned the next either. This trip I’ve ask 3 times for my room to to be cleaned & I’ve been here 6 days & not 1 cleaning yet. I don’t know how they claim short staffed when I see plenty of cleaning staff talking through out the day. very disappointed

Great location, large and comfortable rooms with nice desk and fast WiFi and good parking.

About 20 minutes to check in, narrow drive in off of busy street, a little trashy on exterior in front of rooms. None of this was bad, just slightly less than optimal.

When I arrived, the Registration person SamJad, could not find my Reservation, he said it was showing for 1 room instead of 2. The room that was ready according to him, was not clean, the comforters had stains, there was still trash in the bathroom from previous, it was just disappointed. He Said when we get back that evening he was going to have the 2nd room available. They end up having one room 1st floor, and second room 2nd floor.

The Toilet super, super low, and carpet stained, comforter stained. The cleaning people were amazing. Feel bad how under staff they are. The location is not appealing, and where the pool was, not inviting. :(

location was very far from anything , it’s not a family or couples place , mostly men in trucks , felt quiet scared and uncomfortable . Daughters barricaded the door . it’s simply not a family place more of a working mans short stay

It’s provided muffin white bread and coffee only, even no hot water, no any fruit even a orange.
