The property was located close to the base for our son’s turning green ceremony.
We were given keys to an occupied room first… then they only had 1 room on the bottom floor, we had booked 2, so our group was split up. We had a disabled vet and service dogs with us, so first floor was needed. Then the room was filthy! We had to buy our own toilet paper, and they only gave us 2 towels for a double room. There was no iron, and the fridge in our room was loud. Then we had been there 2 days and the front desk knocked on our door asking if we paid the pet fee. We had told them they were service dogs on check in. They asked if they had vests, or certificates…. They are looking for a lawsuit there…. There is no registry for service dogs, and I don’t keep her vest on her when we aren’t in public…. We had paid in advance and I tried to get my money back so we could go somewhere else and was not able to….

We never stayed. Tried to cancel because we are military and qere told not an area we should be in. Never got a response from the hotel. They got my 1 nights fee but I can't believe they never responded to my email. It is not professional. Luckily I used rewards and didn't have to pay out of my physical wallet. Booking tried to get the cancellation fee waived but guess they didn't since didn't get a response back from booking either.

I would like a refund of my money since I checked out 2 hours after checking in. It was 2 hours because there was no one in the office for a while and we also had to find somewhere else to stay.
The nastiness and the fact there are bed bugs. I have a picture of that for proof and the fact we could not get refunded. We tried two different rooms. We were not willing to get a third nasty room.

The bed was nice
The water isn’t that hot, the pool didn’t have water, I kept having to get my key changed because it kept messing up.

That I reserved a room and was charged but couldn't check in when I arrived there was no sign posted I rang doorbell for 10 mins and left when I called trying to get refund it was refused he was rude says there was sign on door which there wasn't and hung up on me I will be disputing charge with bank when I get home

How close it was to Fort Benning for my son's graduation
No extra pillows, while it was relatively clean it was dingy. Shower was great but could have been cleaner. It was Definitely different from the pictures I saw while booking it.

I liked NOTHING ... I checked out about 10 to 15 minutes after seeing the filthy room. The was filthy.

The only good thing about this motel is that they allow pets and it's close to the base. I can't believe I actually paid $110 per night to stay in a germ infested dump. Not even a 1 star motel... 🤮🤮🤮
The sheets had blood on them. The sink faucet and mirror were splattered with toothpaste, the floor was sticky. Our room smelled like chili powder and dirty rags. This hotel is DISGUSTING. Nobody cleaned our room even though we requested clean sheets. Everything about this place is FILTHY.

Location. The staff where really nice and helpful. Front desk guy was nice and helpful. Our toilet had issues as soon as we got to the room and they where quick to take care of it and really nice to deal with.
Breakfast was gross. No fresh fruit. Couldnt even enjoy it because nothing taste good. Room was bare minimum.

CHECKING OUT AND LEAVING WAS THE BEST PART
THE ROOM HAD A SMELL AND WAS NASTY!!! THERE WAS TRASH IN THE ROOM THE BATHROOM WAS NASTY. THE OVERALL STAY WAS UNCOMFORTABLE BUT HAD TO STAY DO TOO BUT QUICKLY CHECKED OUT AFTER A NIGHT

The price was great. Staff was nice. Shower water was hot. I didn't see any bugs on the floor or on the mattress. The sheets were clean. I thought it was a good place to stay for a night for a lone traveler.
The floor was dirty. The pillow was lumpy. Not all of the lights worked and that could have been bad bulbs, but I got in really late and just wanted to sleep.

I paid for a room so I could have a hot shower very disappointed cause there was COMPLETELY NO HOT WATER I was thankful I could shower at least but when you pay 70 bucks jus to take a shower at this place an there is t any hot water I was highly 😡 pissed
