Room size was good.

Bedding wasn't clean and food from previous guests were left in the room.

Our room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Nice big bathroom and very clean. I was glad were were not on top of each other like many hotels. Overall a very good stay for our purposes.

There was no breakfast available during our stay. The sound barrier between floors could be a little better. I think we had an elephant herd above us. Housekeeping was very loud in the hallways in the middle of the night while they were cleaning a room for their railroad contract people. Woke us up.

the room was clean and comfortable. it was also designed well and spacious.

the hot water was Luke warm. the pool and hot tub were closed and being renovated. I think that the room should be discounted because of this. there is an automatic incidentals charge that you have to be charged up front and refunded later. that information should be explained when you book the room. may consider other accommodations next year for my annual trip.

The staff was wonderful. Very nice. The room was overall clean.

When we arrived, there were a total mess in the lobby. Hard to get around stuff lying around. Such a mess to be having customers walking around. Even trying to pull up next to the door was a task. I would thought that if you are doing this kind of remodeling, you would just shut down. Coming up the stairs to our room, there were a couple of heavy boxes of something that one of the workers just laid there by the door and left it. We had to move it out of the way to walk up the steps. If I would have known they were working on the motel I would have founded somewhere else to stay. They must of been working durning the night, for we heard banging two nights. My sister also said her and her son heard it also. Wish I had to taken pictures!

The two main reasons we stayed at this property over others in the area were to receive a full breakfast in the morning and get our laundry done before bed. The laundry was out of order and the whole building was under construction. Then in morning, a staff “didn’t show up” so there was no breakfast!

Even though the Hotel Location was having some construction being done, but the Property was still very clean and quite overall.

There isn't any online notifications stating that they are doing a full pledge "renovation". Elevator gets stuck. Notifications of construction is printed on a sheet of paper and taped near elevator "LOL"!! Extremely noisy throughout the day. Water was turned off certain times of the day due to construction work. Incidental fee is $100.00 for what?? It's not even a beachfront hotel and it's located behind a fast food restaurant. I think recommending this location is a bad idea without forewarning the amount of construction going on inside the building.

The room wasn't clean tub had big black stain room smelled moldy elevator broke during my stay I had to walk stairs elevator smelled horrible i didn't receive my deposit back hotel towels were stained I had to go purchase my own carpet was stained felt sticky when I made a complaint staff advised me that they were going through remodel and those were all they had left the room that had been remodeled was rented staff was nice and that was the only good part about my stay

Very chill and relaxing! The staff was very nice! Overall great stay!

Breakfast wasn't bad but not great could have been better for nearly 200 a night but otherwise great

lobby was dirty, elevator was not working, had to walk up to the fourth floor with our luggage. The Air condition was not working and the room smelt dusty and unkept. They moved us to another room on the third floor, when I got ready to take a shower it would not come on right away. at breakfast there was no sausage or eggs.we were very unhappy with whole facility. we will never stay there again. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

well for starters hot water would have been great ask for a handicapped room well he couldn't even take a shower couldn't get in it when I called the front desk about the hot water she told me to turn the water in in the sink let it run for a couple mins then turn on the shower well needless to say that didn't work
