The room was comfortable and quiet.

The breakfast items are quite limited.

Free breakfast was poorly stocked, staff did not seem to be concerned. Bowls for oatmeal were not microwavable and several guests melted the styrofoam bowls in the process. Staff didn't seem to care.

The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good. Perhaps something like toast and begels and cream cheese could make the breakfast better.

There was not anything we didn't like.

Hotel seemed newly renovated. Good location, good value.

The rooms were comfortable and in the same hall as we asked for rooms that were close. The pool area was open!!!! This is the first time we stayed somewhere where the pool was open since 2020. They also had a functional sauna which was nice. The breakfast was a basic continental (waffle, fruit, cereal, coffee, juice, etc.). Every year we stay in the Quad Cities several times. This was by far one of the nicer, more economical places that we stayed.

Good value. Clean and well maintained.

People upstairs stomping around until 4 AM. Even after two calls to the front desk.

The room have roaches it was disgusting they were coming out everywhere on the bed , shower, floor, ceilings . The staff was so rude I advise you to never stay there

the front desk check in area isn’t terrible looking so you continue with your check in, but turn the corner and it’s to late, they got ya!

the cock roaches that didn't even bother to scatter when you turn on the light! didn't stay long enough to set my bag down. sorry can't confirm the presence of bed bugs or not due to the roaches hanging out after their que to leave was ignored. those roaches was proud and gave no ducks! my ex husband used to run the roads all up and down the i10 corridor, even the road side motels off of ambassador caffrey in laffy or sum deep east piney woods inn and he was the closest to thing to a cockroach I seen in one. let alone some that just hung out and didn't even scurry off. my poor unsuspecting 12 year son who grew up in the country in wisco, who had woke up to a bat in his room and even witnessed a fight to the death match between a rat and Wiesel in the cellar (the Wiesel lived another day, Templeton the rat did not) had yet to see a cockroach ever before, looked and to me and asked " is that what I think it is??" just thinking bout it makes me feel Ill. I smashed the trashy intruder with the package of soap u get free with the room and roaches. he proceeded to point towards the bed and say "that's the way the other ones went!" I said "buck you Bobby jo! we kicking rocks so roaches don't climb In our socks!" and he insisted we should inform the front desk lady why we were leaving and not staying so to humor him I politely informed her of the one I smashed with the soap upon arrival and that he would be the only guest in that room tonite. so if u don't mind a joes apartment atmosphere or a ghetto spin off of a bugs life/nature lesson on invasive insects with your family this is the place for you! otherwise..duck that place!!!!!

My whole reason coming to the hotel was for the pool for my son & the pool had mold in there it smelt real bad!

for the most part everything was good....breakfast was good...

They need to invest in some new beds....my daughter and I both had a queen bed, and both of them squeaked horribly...
