The hot breakfast and the chief was super nice

I like the location. I love the Choice Hotels but I was a bit disappointed because there's no trash bin where the TV was. Only one trash bin located in the bathroom. The shower door doesn't close. It keeps sliding and water splash outside the shower door. These are fixable and hoping that the next client won't encounter these issues. Aside from that, the bed and pillows are perfect and no smell in the room.

The breakfast was to be expected.

Room had stuff in the refrigerator from previous guest. Door doesn't stay shut on the shower. There appeared to be a bullet hole in the exterior wall! All and all way over priced for the quality of the room, will not be staying there again.

I asked for them to fix the door which was loose in the part that's attached to the door and the bar slides into. They said they would, but didn't. I asked for towels, coffee and cups, they said they would, but I had to ask again, they had all day to deliver them and didn't.

The Breakfast was hot and very good, each day the items change. And there were different juices, and the pastry were outstanding, each day they were fresh and different.

Didn't like the fact, that I wasn't told that I had to let the front desk know if I wanted room service, I went without room service for three days in a row, total of 4 days out of seven. I should have been told this at check in for what I had to pay, and a seven stay.

Breakfast items were almost gone with an hour to go.

Room was infested with ANTS woke up with face covered with ants and also in my ears - flying insects in bathroom have video's and pics

it was convenient to I-55.

The bedding was terrible. It made for some miserable night sleeps.

I enjoy my stay and my family enjoy the room, but they really enjoy The joint rooms.

BREAKFAST IS SERVED TOO EARLY

Convenient location not too far from downtown Chicago.

The room was dated and a bit dirty. When we first went up to the room after checking in, the door was not fully closed or locked. The refrigerator had dried sauce in the handle and crumbs inside. The bed had tissues tucked behind it near the headboard. The chair at the desk was really old and had spots of the “leather” worn off. The tub drained slowly and a light was out in the bathroom. The last night of our stay the Wi-Fi was out and we could not watch tv.

The staff was really nice.

Rooms not clean and very out dated. No cable the whole 2 day stay. big dirty stains on the carpet look like blood. Rusted tub. Very disappointed. On the upside staff was very nice.
