I loved that the pool are was open 24hrs for adults and till midnight for kids. Gave us the chance to actually enjoy it.

The staff quickly resolved the issue (clogged sink). The room with disability access was great. Hot tub spa and the pool were great!

The smell and humidity in the rooms. The rooms never smelled fresh even though everything was clean.

I understood the hotel had a baseball tournament in town. However, when we arrived after 10;00 the parents and the athletes were having a gathering outside of the hotel!! The music was loud and the people. So I was shocked to see signs about noise control posted inside of the hotel!!!! Really!! Why was this allowed!! Unacceptable!! Especially at a rate of almost $300.00 a night!! Never again!!

Bathroom not having an exhaust fan, when you are with family, if one takes a shower the whole mirror gets foggy, since there is no exhaust fan it takes pretty reasonable time the bathroom to become usable for any other.

Everything was great, very clean, spacious, comfortable beds. Great staff, very helpful with questions about local restaurants.

Room was humid which made it not as comfortable. A/c had to keep turning on throughout the night.

When it is time to replace a toilet, high rise toilets should be installed for the convenience and safety of middle aged and elderly guests.

The location is good and felt safe. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable.

The lobby was packed with people. Maybe because it was the Saturday before super bowl.

The location was right off the highway, very easy to find. Check in was very easy and the lady at the front desk was kind. Our room was very clean and spacious. Found out the pool and hot tub was 24hrs. Definitely will come again

The water pressure in the shower was kind of low. The chlorine in the pool was very heavy, couldn't stay in the pool area to long before my eyes began to burn. Breakfast was ok, just not enough variety for the price, could have had sausage, and bacon, but only hot food was eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles, and oatmeal.
