The location was nice. Near restaurants, shopping, and Grand Park.

The entire hotel was not up to the Holiday Inn standards. Our room had mold/mildew growing on the ceiling above the air conditioner and in the shower. The outlets in our bathroom didn’t work at all, and they could not fix them during our 3 night stay. The rooms have obviously been neglected for quite some time. We had several baseball families staying in the hotel. They would not honor the lower rate that some families were paying. Only two ice machines in the whole hotel and one was broken. No complimentary coffee or water available in the lobby area.

Comfortable beds, and Heather at the front desk is AMAZING. OH, and loved the free breakfast

It was close to where we needed to be and it was comfortable. They were under construction while we stayed.

I don't recall disliking anything. Breakfast wasn't serviced super early so based on our schedule we couldn't eat.

The overall experience was fun. The upkeep looked good. Good breakfast. Great friendly staff.

Like always the weekend kids team players. Soccer and baseball teams. The running up and down the halls.
