Location, right by highway

Not a variety for breakfast, don’t clean the rooms. Found pins on floor and blood on sheets.

Lower rates compared to other hotels. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Our first room was not cleaned properly. There was feces in the toilet. The pool water left a yucky smell on our clothes—not just chlorine. The cleaner they use in the dining/breakfast area smelled strong like undiluted pine-sol or fabuloso which is not to be used on eating or food prep surfaces unless rinsed.

The room was very clean and well-maintained, and the staff was very pleasant.

The toilet wouldn't flush after urination only. Had to use the lobby bathroom. Inconvenienced.

The owner must get paid to be a parking lot for utility trucks, they surrounded the entire Hotel, the parking lot was also very treacherous to walk on due to Ice and snow. Had to ask to move rooms due to refrigerator not working phone not working and very loud people

Everyone was nice, great breakfast in the morning. It was very clean. Will definitely go back.

My bed had dust bunnies on the top blanket, we were up on the third floor and the elevator has been out forever so we had to walk up stairs with all of our bags.. We booked this room online and when we got there to check in the staff member charged us again and have to wait several days to see that money come back..

Room had soiled pillows and coffee pot had coffee filter from previous. The beds sheets wrinkled real bad. The beds sheet felt like sand . Reported to manager never got a refund or any other accommodations for bloody cases on pillow Except pillow replacement and room clean next day . Stayed two nights and paid 288.00 Very disappointed about room Never asked to move to a different room Very disappointed especially when I stay at comfort sweets all the time Thank you
