Location

The dirt and stain’s everywhere. The elevators carpet, the hall carpets, and room carpets are filthy. In the rooms, where the fridge sits the cabinet space is filled with dust. And on our floor all you could smell was cigarette smoke and marijuana. This was our second time staying there and like the first time our card is always overcharged. I am waiting for the transactions to clear so that I can contact the hotel to fix it. And also, anyone can walk in and get breakfast. Every morning there were people who looked to be homeless coming in and eating. Unfortunately, when we visit home to NC we will no longer be staying here.

Not clean enough needs to be updated

It’s so close to great spots and was very affordable. The shower pressure was nice and the water was hot.

The carpets need some stain removal, there are rust spots around the bathrooms, and the shower head could be disinfected for the pink mold. Mostly regular wear and tear but not too bad.

I like it was clean good area and the employees are very friendly

I didn’t like that the water system is bad took a shower and the water was cold. they need to do something about that

Somehow we got a room someone else was sleeping in. My boys walked in a walked right out. The person had already gone to bed, but his stuff was everywhere. It will make go a fun story later, but not an ideal situation.
