Terrible breakfast! One slow elevator for entire hotel. Very expensive for what it is. Wouldn’t stay here again!

Location

Old and dated. It could use a update. It would be better with a little more maintenance and maybe a paint job. Elevator makes a squealing noise.

The hotel was located in a good area and very clean.

Bathroom was huge

Need sign to main parking lot that big trucks and trailers can't fit. There needs to be a no outlet sign.

Never stayed after processing my credit card because they don’t accept animals cat 🐈 in particular

The bed, had a sinking hole. Needed to be turned, flipped or replaced.

The breakfast and a part of the experience that the staff could not contaminate. The person at the front desk her name was Emily on the very first day I had issues simply asking for towels the towels were taken from my world and not replace so on the morning of my mothers funeral I had to run around trying to get towels we had tipped handsomely and left the room so it could be clean and the day before. Not only that Emily told me the best way to reach the manager would be to email her and she was rarely on site which proved to be true because I never saw her the entire time I was there. unfortunately there was a snowstorm where we are friends and we had to stay an extra day which proved to be another ordeal as they wanted me to go online to book the room and of course I had to pay more for it but would I ever stay in another or in this hotel again the answer is no way there were cobwebs on the third floor above the lighting fixture some of the doors had been damaged with Kick Mark’s and there was a work order in my room when I returned from the day of my mothers funeral. The table in the brown was rickety it was wobbly and I asked for it to be fixed the first day and I was there which also never happened.

We had problems opening opening our doors almost every single day the keys seem to malfunction and we were careful to keep them away from the phone. I would suggest re-training Emily to be able to deal with issues with customers and continue to treat them with respect and smile at them in the morning when they leave and not look at them with distain we paid a lot of money to stay at your property and one of my other friends came from Vermont to stay at that same property for almost the same amount of days total nearly $1000 and we most certainly did not have great service several of your employees.

Excellent, great selection

The breakfast was fair. A little off in comparison to our last visit.

I stayed her just for a night passing thru the state and when I woke up the sheets had came off the pullout couch (which was already made when I pulled the couch out) and the mattress was covered in dried blood!!! I would never stay here again!!
