The property was very clean and the bed was comfortable.
The staff was generally friendly. When we had a plumbing issue, they responded quickly.
We had to request room cleaning in the morning, and there was a bare minimum of soap and shampoo and towels that had to be requested as well and there was NO complementary coffee or tea anywhere available. Also, the bathroom door was too big for the newer toilet behind it and had to be closed first (also didn’t open up more than half way) before one could use the facilities.

I booked this room and paid for it for someone else before they even got there they insisted that the person who paid for it has to be there at check-in saying it’s a New Jersey law which is bull! Her name was on the reservation and it was already paid for they were hassling us. Then they insisted that the room deposit has to be in cash of $100. How is anybody supposed to know that before they get there? also because I had to make three separate reservations because she didn’t know how long she was going to be staying. They insisted she check out and check in all three times. they also said if she lost her little yellow receipt, she would not get her money back for the security deposit and then after she checked out they inspected this 84 yr old woman’s room for over 15 minutes before they gave her her money back. Never again will I book here.

The rooms do not have microwaves and there is no continental breakfast offered there's also no safe in the room

I didn't stay for breakfast.
The location on Route 37, which is a drag strip for loud vehicles racing passed. Unfortunately, the drapes did not cover the window sufficiently to keep out street light. I had to put ear stoppers in and and blinders to get to sleep.

My nightstand was dirty the toilet ran the standard was broken there was no toilet paper there was no remote control it was no cups or ice bucket

The hotel needs to be updated. Although the room did not smell of Tobzcco there were cigarette burns on the floor and bed covering. The bed was very comfortable.

The pool was not working. There was no breakfast only coffee. The woman behind the desk was not friendly at all! The shower flooded the floor because it was just a stall and no liner.

Location, and bed was comfortable
Pool closed, exercise room closed. No coffee maker in room and no decaf coffee available in common area. No working ice machine. No cups in room. Key didn't work upon arrival, went to desk, given another key which didn't work. Employee changed us to different room across the hall. Next day we came back from day out and were locked out of room. We noticed a room across hall had a coffee maker and when mentioned to cleaning help were told our room didn't get a coffee maker. When we looked up in shower it appeared that there was black spots that looked like mold. Don't expect anything other than a place to sleep.

We like being in the city and the staff was very friedly
The price is not paralel to the hotel. Is a small hotel with no breakfast and no coffee maker in the room. The room smell tabaccoo and the pillows are not a 400 plus hotel per day. This hotel should charge in the 150 to 240 per day range.

It was not accommodating. Pool/ fitness center was not open. And neither was the Continental breakfast or the cafeteria area. No phone or coffee maker in the room as well

Workers had left the bathroom a mess, there was no shower curtain and the toilet was clogged. The rug hadn’t been vacuumed and there was half a joint lying on the floor. The two back doors were unlocked and propped open during the night. A couple of days before my trip I called to confirm and the receptionist was put-out and annoyed at having to confirm, telling me the e-mail was the confirmation.

The king room was a good size and the bed was really comfortable n had clean sheets with lots of pillows. The bathroom was also clean ,the towels provided were clean as well. The staff was very nice and helpful. Coffee was provided every morning which was ok. It was quiet at night, and the ac works really good it cools the room really well.
The pool and the jacuzzi were closed. There were cigarette butts all over the ground in the smoking area,no staff to clean up these areas. They have a nice patio area but it had broken glass on the ground which was not cleaned up by staff. There was a little breakfast, oatmeal n some fruit bars not always available.

it was dirty under the beds with old clothes and other things. I went to get ice which is on the third floor and the entire floor smelled like cigarettes. many strange people just hanging around. something felt very off there
