after checking in , we went to supper. got ready for bed and discovered a couple uninvited guests ; BED BUGS. went to the office and mgr stated they’d never had issues and a had pest control a week or so ago in. he gave us a bottle of bed bug spray ( that told me they knew of some issues) and suggested I spray around the room. went back to room. wife had discovered another one on her pillow. That was it. we loaded our stuff and prepared to leave. told mgr we were leaving ( now about 1030 pm). he said he wouldn’t charge us for the room. Trying to find another room in town after 10 pm on a Friday was fun……

The price was very affordable and they refunded us %100.

There was bed bugs! There was Spiders in the room. And dead grasshoppers under the bed. TV was outdated with no remote. You could hear everything going on in the other rooms. They were remodeling room by room so only two rooms to choose from, one didn't have a TV. Oh and our room door looked broken into then poorly repaired. The manager was very unprofessional.

This Inn has been great with the comfort of the rooms and travel distance to needed facilities. The manager is polite and willing to reasonably accommodate. The price is very reasonable as well.

The location was right off the Interstate. The rates were affordable. The staff was wonderful. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. They initially put me in the wrong room, but they were there waiting for me and promptly gave me the keycard for the correct room. The room didn't have toilet paper or shower curtain, but the staff rectified that immediately as well. It fulfilled all my needs for that nights stay. Because of the storm the night before there was a power outage in Elk City, but if you cracked the curtain, you were just fine.
