refrigerator did not work - asked to have it fixed said they would they did nothing and said nothing to me. Maids did not clean the room after the first night so had no clean towels, cups, bedding, etc.

It was a clean comfortable place ro stay. Close to interstate 44. Easy to get to from lawton/ fortsill airport.
The elevator was slow....

Room was adequate. Breakfast was very good and included with the room - great buy.
Change of plans caused us to change from KIng size bed to 2 queens. You had asked them to waive the fee for the change, they didn't. I paid extra when we checked in.. we left a day early , stayed 2 nights not 3. Asked for a partial refund for the extra fee we paid, said would have to ask the manager. I did not ask for a refund on the Bookings.com charge which I knwe was non refundable.. just on the extra fee. Diapointed.

The bed was very comfortable and we slept extremely well. The breakfast was great at first but as the days went by became uninterested. The room was basic but very clean and I appreciated the microwave and large chiller.
The bathroom itself seem pretty dated but was clean and functional. The television was way too small for the room.

The first room hadn’t been cleaned at all . The bed was made and the room Especially the bathroom was disgusting.
There was never any hot water . The maid came into the room when the donor disturb sign was on the door.

breakfast was decent
Water pressure too low in shower. It was barely strong enough to use. The TV was way too small. I think it was 32 in. There was hair on the bathroom floor and the sink. A live cricket was in the shower.

the first night went well. Breakfast was really good. Room was clean and nice. Staff very nice.
Due to hailstorm, room didn't have power for the rest of my stay. me and my family had to check out a day earlier and pay extra for another hotel room. Price was adjusted in an email but received no refund of any kind. Will contact the BBB if there is no further action.

It is very clean. we especially enjoyed the small but nice indoor pool.
Most of the staff was helpful and kind. Jenna, the morning desk clerk was helpful and friendly. The afternoon clerk not so much.

the breakfast was ok.. I was hoping to try something else on the 2nd morning. but glad it was a hot meal.

the lady that served breakfast was so sweet! only thing we liked about the place.
the pool was indoor, but freezing! felt like it was outside! the beds had lumps and indentions from where people lay, super uncomfortable beds.

Quick and fast check in/out process. great to have vending machines fully stocked with meals/snacks/drinks.
Not once but twice the keycard stopped working to get in to room and side door so that was annoying having to keep reprogramming it. showers are tile with grout that looks fungal producing so bring shower shoes.
