The staff is always helpful and accommodating.

The lobby looked great. The check in clerk was awesome
But when we got to room it was disgusting. The room reeked of mold and water wouldn’t drain in shower or sink. Dead crickets behind toilet and mold in the shower door grooves. Humidity in room was stifling

lady that checked us in was not friendly and didn’t provide any info other than here’s your room key. nothing about you will still be charged $9.95 sales tax that didn’t get paid thru Booking.com. or that there we be a $50 deposit held. Rooms smelled like wet dog/musty; the pool water was green

We loved everything about this property! The room was a good size, the bed was very comfortable, the room was clean, housekeeping was phenomenal and last but not least, the staff was very respectful, friendly, and went above and beyond our expectations. Katie & Samantha at the front desk were the absolute sweetest young ladies and one of them even surprised my husband and I with free Bret Michaels Concert Tickets after we got out of work one day. To say that this was the best experience would be a true understatement!
The only thing we didn’t like was that the pool and hot tub were always in use so we didn’t get to enjoy it ourselves.

Pool not able to use hot tub was not working. Fixed later. Will not take cats.

Upgrade shower flow,drains clogged,never courtesy bathroom never had toilet tissue paper towels or soap or sanitizer. None of the sanitizer containers never were refilled the 20 days I've been here

Price and location. People at the desk were nice.
The toilet in the room would not flush at 2 in the morning. I fixed it myself, however if a customer didn't know anything about plumbing they would have had to contact management in the early morning. The handle on the faucet was loose and I had to work with it to get the hot to work. Breakfast was disappointing, eggs and sausage was cold.

Really counted on handicapped bars in the bathroom. Liked the walk in shower though.

Attendant didn’t seem to be watching the food supply. At a coupe times the food was all gone and people were still wanting to eat.
Cleanliness of hotel could’ve been better. Stain on coverlet and also on carpet. Seemed like entire facility could use a face lift.
