Access due to construction was difficult

no air or fan in the bathroom and beds were a little too firm

Good location, nice continental breakfast, coffee available 24/7. There is a great little diner next door.

the construction made getting to the hotel awkward, but that was out of their control.

Location was good except the construction that kept us from turning in. We had to go around a few blocks to get back to the hotel.

Very slow check-in. This spoiled what would have been a nice stay.

I always enjoy a quick and easy check-in, which is why I usually book and pay in advance. Our check-in was just ID and get a key.

I cannot think of a thing that I could say we were disappointed in during our stay. Because of road construction, the route to the hotel was a little circuitous but easily managed. And that will not be for long.

close to where I needed to be. bed were okay.

tried to swim. no towels had to go ask for them. two boys were wrestling and throwing each other the whole time my family tried to swim. I went and asked the front desk to address the situation and they did nothing. we could not enjoy the pool which is the main reason we picked this hotel instead of another option.
