The pool was fine, the kids enjoyed it. The temperature in the pool room was good so I could watch the kids without being uncomfortable. The beds were decent The coffee was decent

The hotel is old, outdated, poorly lit. We were put in the room next to the lobby which was very loud with people coming and going, and the people outside the front door. Our room was never serviced and I had to bring the front desk all my dirty towels and request for new sets. We were told that we were put in the wrong room and originally we were supposed to have a different room, however the manager checked us in so not sure how that happened. The lounge attached to the hotel was loud and clearly there is no quiet hours in the hotel because people were running down the hall at midnight the first night we were there. The free breakfast was not good, so not a perk of the hotel. Overall disappointing because the hotel certainly wasn't cheap.

Breakfast, close to casino, easy parking.

Loud children and dogs. I was charged for my small dog that I always pick up after, carry in the lobby, and take with me when I leave the room. It's insulting that I was disturbed by a careless owner who was charged the same amount for a pet fee. I will go to Red Roof Inn unless this policy can be discretionary for frequent business travelers with companion animals.

The room was clean, beds were very comfortable. Staff was AMAZING. Fabian at the front desk was so so helpful.

Breakfast was mediocre at best. I had higher expectations.

The bed was great. Breakfast was surprisingly good. Eggs,sausage,French toast casserole, bagels, muffins, fresh waffles and fruit. Staff was very polite .

Main door to our room had a big gap. Door was not square to the frame. Same for bathroom door. No fan or vent in the bathroom so it filled up with steam, looked like a London fog. Something was splattered on edge of TV.
