Breakfast was a complete waste of time. There was a family moving in the hotel through a rear window. Felt sketchy

Air conditioner in our room was very loud.

The room was wonderful for the price we payed, the staff was very helpful, and whoever folds the towels needs a raise.

The location was fine. Breakfast fine. Waffles were great. Coffee was weak.
I felt the lobby did not do the hotel a favors. The room were very nice. The lobby needs some updates to match equal the rooms.

We were thrilled with our stay for price! We ended up in a neat large room off the elevator bank which was noisy when people got ice but super convenient with lots of space. Everything was very clean and I was impressed. Shower stayed super hot and location was nearby lots of food/shopping!
Outside of property didn't look the the best and had me worried, but everything ended up great.

The location was perfect because we were able to walk to the campus and around.
Breakfast was good and you have nice choices of food to eat.
The staff were very polite, friendly, and helpful.

TV remote wasn't working properly. Coffee maker not working. Took forever to heat room and was a cold night

Very comfortable, great staff, great location to Bryce Jordan Center
Breakfast was skimpier than other comparable places and shower head needs replaced. Water was going in different directions

Breakfast was great! Staff was excellent and helpful! Hotel was clean and very convenient for us visiting our son at Penn State. We will definitely stay at the Quality Inn again! Thank you!

the Man at front desk was very friendly and informative.
the fact it was a dog friendly hotel and a pet show weekend. my friend was allergic so coughed the entire night. We didn’t like the fact we were on the first floor with dogs barking and we had no heat so froze all night and barely slept
