Distance to beach and nice staff

Room smelled bad and had musty odor. Thin walls. Could hear the people above my room EVERY time they moved. Light indicators on AC unit broke, couldn’t tell which setting was for AC or which setting was for high or low. Air coming from AC smelled musty and foul.

Room seemed a bit pricey for what it was @$160. pool was extremely small and pillows for a king size bed were smaller than standard but at least they gave us 2 extra when asked.

the floors were TERRIBLY dirty leaving my feet black and gritty. room feels very humid/damp like. bed seems to be almost broken- everytime you turn over makes a horrible noise. lamp in room didn’t work. some outlets didn’t work. no house keeping- had to continue to go downstairs to grab extra towels/toiletries. breakfast was a joke, no variety whatsoever. feel like there needs to be more lighting in room other than lamps.

Location is the only good thing about this hotel.

As others have mentioned, this hotel leaves a LOT to be desired. First off the “thunder beds” are ridiculous. If you move, the bed frame makes a booming sound because they’re made from sheet metal, awful idea. The AC was loud and sounded broken. Showers made a squealing noise. The room was a bit dingy. Uncomfortable bed. Paper thin walls. For the price I expected WAY more. I’ve stayed in Motel 6’s nicer than this place!

lamps not plugged in water took about 15 min to get Luke warm bed sounded like sitting on empty filing cabinets, every move was so loud

The breakfast was pretty basic not to bad but wish there was more of variety

The room was not clean it was very dusty and the floors were very dirty seemed like it wasn’t swept for months.

Great location if you can't stay at an oceanfront hotel. The price was good and the facilities was very clean. Room was comfortable.

Need bigger coffee cups in the breakfast area.

This property was filthy, blood stains on the curtains. Cockroaches in the bathroom, I couldn’t even get ready I was so disgusted. I could not enjoy the less desired breakfast due to a weight watchers meeting and the chaos of people in and out. I went to the front desk to let them know of my dissatisfaction and all I got was sorry, you booked through a third party. We booked two rooms and paid way more for what we received.

I love every8thing about the hotel.

The bed was nice, people nice.

The morning before I left I saw my door open and close rapidly, I assume they didn't know that we haven't left yet but I'm not sure exactly.

Location was good. The breakfast was insufficient. As a frequent traveler I expect larger choice in menu. I expect to be waited on.
