Die Nähe zur Innenstadt. Alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Tolle Aussicht auf die Brücke und den Mississippi. Das Frühstück war auch gut.

Geteiltes Bad, Toilette und Badewanne mit Tür, Waschbecken nur mit Trennwand zum Zimmer. Die Spülung lief die ganze Nacht, Straßenlärm. Parken kostet 12$ extra. Ziemlich teuer.

Grosses, sauberes Zimmer. Mein Zimmer war ruhig, zum Innenhof. Im Zentrum. Parking im Parkhaus des Hotels.

Frühstück eher einfach.

I liked it all,the room was clean, nice view, many pillows and the breakfast was delicious. The staff was very very obliging and courteous.

The breakfast was exceptional. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They made great suggestions for restaurants that were excellent. The rooms were large and comfortable, beds especially comfortable. The price was excellent. But, we had to leave early not stay the second night due to a family emergency and without asking the staff front desk person did not charge us for the second night which we did not notice til later. They were so kind. This is also an excellent location, with a beautiful view of the River, we walked for 2 hours in the rain to explore your beautiful downtown area. This is our first visit to Memphis and thoroughly enjoyed our visits. The staff at the desk on Feb. 10 th and 11 th were super. Would highly recommend your facility. Thank you.

Not a lot, it ticked a box for a night’s stay but that was about it

A very basic, dated hotel, the rooms smelled from the air conditioning units and it was just generally a bit tired. The staff were fine once you actually started talking to them but gave off the air that it was a hassle to speak to you (which I was surprised at considering the recent reviews on here mentioned friendly staff). The hotel was just really overpriced for what it was ($150 for a Sunday night is a lot for a basic hotel). It was also a 17 min walk to Beale St so further than it said.

Unfassbar unfreundlicher Empfang. Unmotiviert, schlecht gelaunt. Das scheint bei Comfort Inn ein grundsätzliches Problem zu sein. Wenn nicht das Gefühl da ist, willkommen zu sein, wird alles danach schwierig. Das Frühstück war auch für US- Hotelstandard schlecht. Heute wurde das Zimmer auf der Kreditkarte belastet, obwohl es bei Booking.com schon bezahlt war. Ich hoffe, das klärt sich noch.

We requested a view of the Mississippi River bridge and it didn’t disappoint. It was beautiful at night.

The hot water was out in the evening, overnight and early morning due to the boiler not working. I took two cold showers but they were able to get it fixed so my husband had a nice, hot shower. I was also not a fan of the pool being closed but there was some issue with it. I wanted to have a night swim from the 9th floor overlooking the bridge.

The waffle station was yummy. They have a good selection of food for breakfast

In a walking distance to Frenchmanstreet and French quarter. Nice hotel with a courtyard, including a pool. No noise from the street, very quiet. Parking 20.-$ per night, closed door, safe, that's ok. We paid 25.-$ for 3 hours next to the aquarium!!! Very good typical American breakfast.

We were in town for a Redbirds game. The hotel was clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great.

Here is my only issue. Upon arriving I noticed a lady sitting right outside the hotel. She was yelling and cursing. When we exited the hotel to meet our Uber to the game, she was still sitting in the same spot. Still cursing loudly. It made us all a little nervous. I do not know why she was at the hotel or even if she was a guest. I realize this is not necessarily the responsibility of the hotel, but this was our one and only issue during our stay.

The room was huge and the beds super comfy. Easy and ample parking. We had a room on an upper floor and a great view on the Mississippi.

Room view was magnificent 👌 location is best. I only needed to walk for attractions.

The location was perfect. We had a view of the bridges that change colors at night. The room was huge. The lemon infused water was delicious. Breakfast was perfect.

The shower head was low even for me. I am 5'6" and I was stooping over to use the shower.

when I went to check out, The male desk representative was not friendly. He did not ask to help me while waiting in line and called another customer up, leaving me to wait, until the other service rep. was finished with her customer. I only needed to turn in keys!

the guy in reception wasn’t very friendly, basic breakfast, packing up at 9.30 on the spot, very noisy couldn’t sleep without ear plugs as on motorway, asked to get higher floor but booked business room and they advised these are ONLY on 1st floor which was too noisy at night, no safe in rooms just at reception which was ok but not ideal
