Checked out after finding bed bugs
Bed bugs in my room and also found in other guest rooms

Breakfast was above average
Air conditioning was very poor and very loud
Room was a smokeless room, it stunk with smoke
The refrigerator froze everything solid, another refrigerator is just sitting in the room with old food in it.
Bathroom door about to fall off the hinges
Told the person at the desk of the refrigerator issue, and they didn't care.

well I slept good but woke up on the 6th and had bites all over my body.....room 116 to be exact. Bed bugs, didn't know I had to share the room.....never again!!

When we had an issue with our room, they were very accommodating in giving us another room.
The seal around the doors were very inadequate, the pool was closed.

Staff was friendly and common areas were pretty clean. Beds were comfortable for the price. Location was decent.
We booked a non-smoking room. Our first night we were placed in a room that had a removable "non-smoking" sign that must have been more of a suggestion to previous guests because it smelled like someone had been actively smoking in the room just moments before we checked in. Non-smokers will always know if the room was previously used by smokers! Also, the sheets smelled like cigarettes and body odor the first night. Fortunately, they were able to switch us to another room that did not smell for the rest of our stay.
